Implementation Process 1. Initial Implementation Meeting

Define contracted services, clarify timeline and roles and responsibilities, finalize contract.

2. Determine Global Mobility Services Requirements Determine major locations, determine partner needs in new location, implement new process.

3. Define Accounting / Billing Needs Define scope of billing services required, determine backup documentation & currency requirements, determine payment terms, identify operational services, implement new process.

4. Technology Education Conduct a web demo and app demo for training, evaluate reporting needs and submit examples, determine reporting frequency and medium for delivery with timeframes.
