composite number A whole number that has more than two factors.

cone A solid that has a circular base and one curved surface from the base to a vertex.
congruent Having the same measure.

convert To change one unit to another.
coordinate One of two numbers in an ordered pair.
The 1 is the number on the x-axis, the 5 is on the y-axis.

cube A rectangular prism with six faces that are congruent squares.

cubic unit A unit for measuring volume, such as a cubic inch or a cubic centimeter.
