Kvart u kojem se ugodno i mirno živi
Marčeljeva Draga prestižna je lokacija koja se
nalazi na zapadnoj strani grada Rijeke, između
gusto naseljenog grada s istoka i opatijske
rivijere sa zapadne strane. Idealno položena
blaga padina orijentirana prema jugu omogućuje
prekrasan pogled na kvarnerski zaljev i odličnu
izloženost suncu. Ovaj rezidencijalni kvart
je obilježen niskim zgradama uklopljenim u
zelenilo, malom frekvencijom prometa vozila,
te općenito – mirom. U neposrednoj blizini

Marčeljeva Draga is a prestigious district situated
in the western part of the city of Rijeka, between
the city center and Opatija. Perfectly located
on a small hill above the sea, offers great view
on the Kvarner Bay and optimal sun exposure.
This residential district is characterized by small
buildings well integrated in green areas, low car
traffic and in general – peace and quiet. In the
proximity there are many leisure facilities:

Dizalica topline Daikin tip Altherma
omogućava grijanje, hlađenje i pripremu
tople sanitarne vode. Reguliranjem
temperature u svakoj prostoriji postiže se
maksimalna ugoda uz minimalnu potrošnju
energije. Postoji mogućnost grijanja kako
podnim grijanjem, tako i pomoću
ventilo-konvektora (fan-coiler-ima).
Niskoenergetska kuća
Zgrade su projektirane u skladu s ekološkim
standardima, koji podrazumijevaju visoku
energetsku učinkovitost, te stanarima
omogućuju značajne uštede režijskih
troškova, a da se pritom niti malo ne gubi na
komforu i ugodnosti.
Vrhunski materijali
Keramičke pločice i sanitarije vrhunske
su kvalitete, renomiranih europskih
proizvođača. Hrastovi parketi 1. klase
prilagođeni su podnom grijanju, postavljeni
na sve površine osim kuhinje i kupaonica, te
daju prostoru toplinu i osjećaj ugode.
Energy-efficient heating and cooling systems
Heating, cooling and water regulation are provided by the Altherma (Daikin) system. With simple regulating displays it’s possible to ensure the desired temperature in every room, with low energy consumption. Heating is possible both with fan-coilers and floor heating.
Low energy-consumption building
Buildings are designed according to ecological standards, which include high energy efficiency, and enable to tenants considerable savings in expenses, without loosing comfort and pleasure.
State-of-the-art materials
We have selected superior quality and design floor tiles and sanitary accessories. Oak tree parquet are suitable for floor heating, and are laid down in all rooms except kitchen and bathrooms, and give the sensation of warmth and pleasure.
Zaštita od sunca
Zaštitu od sunca pružaju vrhunske
aluminijske žaluzine, pokretane pomoću
elektromotora. Tende su dio standardne
opreme stanova.
Zelene okućnice stanova
Specifičnost projekta je da svaki stan ima
svoju zelenu okućnicu. To omogućava
korisnicima užitak boravka na otvorenom,
u igri s djecom, druženju s prijateljima, ili
jednostavno u uživanju u pogledu na Kvarner.
Organizirano održavanje
Održavanje zgrada bit će organizirano putem
specijalizirane tvrtke, čiji će zadatak biti
da svi dijelovi kuća i okućnica budu uvijek u
besprijekornom stanju.
Sun protection
Sun protection is provided by multifunctional exterior blinds, operated by an electric motor. Awnings are also included in standard apartment’s equipment.
Green spaces
The buildings are designed in order to leave green spaces to each of 3 apartments. This is a prerequisite to spend lot of time outdoors, with children or friends, or simply admiring the view to the Kvarner Bay.
Property management and maintenance
Property management will be outsourced to an accomplished company, which will take care of maintenance of all aspects and components of the property.
