Introducción

Cuando un pueblo tiene la oportunidad de elegir a sus representantes, a sus concejales, a su alcalde y dispone de una oferta de posibilidades de elección tan concreta, como es el caso del ayuntamiento de Rojales, no tiene muy complicado hacer el análisis de dónde estamos, cómo estamos y quiénes han sido los gestores y los responsables de la falta de eficacia de nuestra administración más cercana.

Quienes han gobernado durante los últimos cuatro años, por no extendernos a años anteriores, han convertido al ayuntamiento en una mera oficina administrativa, tramitadora de subvenciones que ofertan otras administraciones. Esos, que otra

vez volverán a prometer lo mismo que hace cuatro u ocho años y que ahora justifican su fracaso con excusas sin fundamento. Esos, que han sido incapaces de ejercer una política activa en el ayuntamiento, con iniciativas encaminadas a mejorar la situación actual de los ciudadanos de Rojales.

El Partido Demócrata de Rojales, PADER, quiere ser el intérprete de la partitura que escriban los ciudadanos de Rojales, adaptando su acción política al deseo, las necesidades, las ilusiones y las soluciones que supongan una pauta de progreso, poniendo la maquinaria del ayuntamiento al servicio de los vecinos de Rojales.

El PADER es de Rojales, siente a Rojales, quiere a Rojales y está dispuesto a trabajar codo con codo con los ciudadanos de este querido pueblo, los nacidos aquí y los venidos de otros países, que han elegido Rojales para vivir, convivir y enriquecernos con sus idiomas, culturas y experiencias. Juntos queremos conseguir para Rojales una comunidad con un mismo latido de esfuerzos y objetivos, acorde con los tiempos que vivimos.

Los argumentos que a continuación se desgranan en este programa electoral están basados en la experiencia de cuatro años de oposición del PADER. Una oposición real, concreta y defendiendo y velando siempre por los intereses generales de todos los ciudadanos de Rojales. Un programa hecho con vosotros, por vosotros y para vosotros.

Por todo esto, el Partido Demócrata de Rojales pide vuestro voto para cambiar el rumbo de este ayuntamiento y ponerlo en el lugar que Rojales se merece. Pader y Rojales, el mismo latido.

FIESTAS

• La concejalía de fiestas potenciará y colaborará en la financiación de las fiestas más importantes de Rojales, semana Santa, Romería de S. Isidro, fiestas de San Pedro y Moros y Cristianos y las fiestas de la Virgen del Rosario.• Se creará la comisión de fiestas de C. Quesada y se la subvencionará adecuadamente.• Conjuntamente con las distintas asociaciones y entidades se elaborará el calendario festero municipal.

SANIDAD

• Se incrementará la partida presupuestaria destinada a la desinsectación en el alcantarillado, sobre todo en época estival.• Se exigirá la limpieza y vallado de solares en el término municipal.• Se mantendrán las campañas de concienciación ciudadana sobre eliminación de excrementos de animales de compañía.• Se habilitarán espacios públicos acotados para el esparcimiento de animales de compañía, para evitar la suciedad en calles y aceras.

SERVICIOS SOCIALES

• Se llevará un seguimiento personalizado por parte de la concejalía, de todos los casos de ayuda a domicilio.• Se incrementará el servicio de ayuda a domicilio a través de contratos con empresas externas, con la condición expresa de utilizar personal laboral de la bolsa de trabajo del Ayuntamiento.• Se mantendrá la dotación para ayudas asistenciales y se revisarán los posibles casos especiales.• Se creará una partida presupuestaria de ayudas específicas para la rehabilitación o acondicionamiento de viviendas destinada a las personas más desfavorecidas, previo estudio y valoración por los distintos servicios técnicos municipales.

HEREDADES

• Ejecutaremos el plan parcial “Ensanche Sur de Heredades” dentro de los dos primeros años de legislatura, para favorecer el crecimiento de la pedanía.• Mantendremos contactos con el Ayuntamiento de Almoradí, para establecer un programa de actividades comunes a los dos términos.

TERCERA EDAD

• Se elaborará un programa anual de actividades lúdicas, donde se mantendrán los distintos programas de gimnasia y se alternarán con otras actividades para este colectivo.• Este mismo programa se impartirá en los centros municipales de C. Quesada y Heredades.• Se mantendrán las ayudas y subvenciones a las distintas Asociaciones y se les pedirá una mayor implicación y colaboración con la concejalía.

URBANISMO Y MEDIO AMBIENTE

• Se elaborará un plan de proyectos para ejecutar a lo largo de la legislatura.• Elaboración del pliego de condiciones para la contratación conjunta de la recogida y transporte de los RSU y el servicio de limpieza viaria de todo el municipio.• Implantación de un punto limpio, adaptado a la normativa de la CE, y gestionado por la empresa adjudicataria del contrato de recogida de los RSU y atendido por personal laboral de la bolsa de trabajo del Ayuntamiento.

DEPORTES

• La finalidad principal de la concejalía será la de promocionar el deporte base y para ello seguiremos impulsando la creación de nuevas escuelas deportivas.• Se creará el consejo municipal de deportes con la finalidad de elaborar un programa anual de actividades deportivas, racional y equilibrado.• A lo largo de la legislatura propondremos la creación del club de Atletismo y de la escuela municipal de golf, en colaboración con el Club de golf “La Marquesa”.• Propondremos la creación del Instituto Municipal de Deportes como ente autónomo, para la gestión de todo el deporte local.

TURISMO

• Abriremos la oficina municipal de Turismo en el edificio de la “plaza”, con horarios de apertura de mañana y tarde.• Propondremos un plan de promoción del turismo cultural, que abarque visitas guiadas a los museos Arqueológico, de la Huerta, Semana Santa, Aljibes de Gasparito, así como para las Cuevas del Rodeo.• En colaboración con la asociación de Comerciantes y de Hostelería, elaboraremos una guía de comercios, bares y restaurantes de la localidad.

COMERCIO

• Se potenciará una Asociación de Comerciantes donde estén representados el mayor número de comercios de la localidad.• Se apoyarán logística y económicamente, los distintos actos de la Asociación de Comerciantes que vayan destinados a la promoción de la localidad.• Seguiremos apoyando la instalación de nuevos comercios en la “plaza” y potenciaremos la afluencia de público.• Se canalizaran las compras municipales a través de la creación de una bolsa de comercios locales en función de su especialidad.

EMPLEO

• Se elaborará una lista de todas las empresas, autónomos y profesionales de la localidad, separada por especialidades.• Se licitarán por invitación, todos los proyectos municipales mayores de 9.000 euros y los de menor cuantía se repartirán proporcionalmente entre las empresas, en función de su especialidad.•Se comprobará que todos los trabajadores de las empresas que realicen trabajos para el Ayuntamiento, dispongan de contrato laboral en activo.• Mediante un plan para toda la legislatura, se potenciará la creación de empleo a través de empresas locales, para el arreglo y mantenimiento de espacios públicos municipales, aceras, solares, parques y jardines, etc.

EDUCACIÓN

• La concejalía de Educación estará al servicio de todos los centros escolares de la localidad a través de sus AMPAS y de los grupos directivos, con la única finalidad de conseguir la mejor calidad educativa posible para nuestros hijos.• Seguiremos insistiendo para que la reposición del “Colegio Príncipe de España”, sea una realidad en el menor tiempo posible.• Se mejorará el servicio de Escuela Infantil y se ampliará al mayor número de niños posible, cambiando si fuera necesario, la calificación de la escuela.• Se mantendrá y en la medida de lo posible se aumentará, la partida presupuestaria destinada a becas para el transporte de estudiantes de grado fuera del término municipal. Solo podrán acceder a estas becas los alumnos que realicen los estudios en centros o universidades de carácter público.

HACIENDA • Se adecuará el número de concejalías con dedicación exclusiva a las necesidades reales del Ayuntamiento.• Realizaremos un control y seguimiento mensual del estado de ejecución del presupuesto para acercarnos a su total cumplimiento.• Se actualizarán las distintas tasas municipales y se estudiarán las posibles reducciones, para aquellos vecinos que las necesiten.• En los tres primeros meses de la legislatura y en asamblea pública, se informará de la situación económica del Ayuntamiento.• Licitaremos públicamente siguiendo el procedimiento legalmente establecido, todos los contratos de servicios cuyo importe así lo determine.

AGRICULTURA

•Compromiso claro y directo con los agricultores para el arreglo o asfaltado de los caminos rurales, con una programación para toda la legislatura.• Mantendremos la subvención necesaria con el juzgado de aguas.• Se creará una bolsa de trabajo específica para desempleados agrícolas. • Dotaremos una partida presupuestaria con cuantía suficiente para la explotación de los terrenos agrícolas municipales, con personal de la bolsa de trabajo.

CULTURA

• Se potenciará la utilización del Teatro Capitol durante todo el año y lo convertiremos en el centro de la actividad cultural de nuestro pueblo.• Se creará el Consejo municipal de Cultura, compuesto por representantes de todos los sectores culturales del municipio, que junto con la concejalía será encargarán de elaborar una programación anual de eventos, que será publicada en un boletín trimestral.• Programaremos actividades en varios idiomas, en función de las necesidades de los ciudadanos.• Se promocionará la visita a los distintos museos de la localidad y se revisarán los horarios de apertura, sobre todo en época de vacaciones.• Se ampliarán los fondos bibliográficos de las distintas bibliotecas.• Se ampliarán los horarios de apertura de la biblioteca en época de exámenes.• Se programarán actividades al aire libre en espacios tales como el “Malecón del Soto”, la “Plaza Blanca” y las “Cuevas del Rodeo”.

REGIMEN INTERIOR

• Se revisará y actualizará la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del ayuntamiento de Rojales.• Todos los funcionarios y personal laboral podrán acceder a cursos de idiomas y nuevas técnicas, con la finalidad de mejorar la atención ciudadana.• Se consensuará con el resto de grupos políticos la ubicación de los distintos departamentos municipales, con el fin de acercar y facilitar al máximo a los ciudadanos el acceso a esos departamentos.• Se licitarán paulatinamente por concurrencia pública, todas las plazas vacantes disponibles en el Ayuntamiento.• Se pondrán en funcionamiento todos los mecanismos existentes para el mejor control de los departamentos municipales.• Se creará una plaza para personas con discapacidad igual o superior al 33%, que será de licitación pública.

JUVENTUD

• Habilitaremos los espacios necesarios para el ocio y el disfrute de nuestros jóvenes, dotados con acceso gratuito a internet.• Se creará un buzón de sugerencias donde se reflejen las distintas necesidades e inquietudes que nos trasmitan los jóvenes.• Se seguirán potenciando a través del CIJ las actividades que realicen los jóvenes fuera del municipio.

TRANSPARENCIA Y PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA

• Compromiso para que todos los grupos políticos estén representados en la junta de gobierno y en todas las decisiones que se tomen desde el Ayuntamiento.• Compromiso en informar a los ciudadanos a través de Asambleas sobre los proyectos importantes a realizar en el municipio.• Compromiso en mantener un contacto fluido y continuo con los ciudadanos, para recoger sus sugerencias y atender a sus problemas.

Introduction

When a town has the opportunity to choose its representatives, councillors and mayor, and such concrete possibilities are on offer for election as in the case of the Town Hall in Rojales, it is not difficult to make an analysis of where we are, how we are doing and who have been the managers and those responsable for the lack of efficiency of our nearest administration.

Those who have governed during the last four years, or even lets go back further, have converted the Town Hall into just an administrative office, handling subsidies offered to other administrations. It is those that once again will return to promise the same as they have done for

the last for to eight years, and that now justify their failure with baseless excuses. It is those who have been incapable of carrying out policy action in the Town Hall with initiatives designed to improve the current situation of the people of Rojales.

The Democratic Party of Rojales PADER wants to be interpret the score card written by the citizens of Rojales, adapting their political agenda to the wishes, needs, hopes and solutions to form the guidelines of progress, putting the machinery of the Town Hall at the service of the neighbourhood. PADER is from Rojales, sits in Rojales, loves Rojales and and is ready to work shoulder to shoulder with the citizens of this great town, those born here and those who have come from other countries, who have chosen to live here, share and enrich our environment with their languages, customs, culture and experience. Together we want to create a community for Rojales with the same rhythm of effort and objectives in accordance with the times we live in.

The arguments that continue to be reeled off in the electoral campaign are based on the experience of 4 years of opposition for PADER. A real, specific, opposition, always defending and protecting the general interests of all the citizens of Rojales. A programme made together with you, through you and for you.

FIESTAS

• The fiestas department will strengthen and collaborate in the financing of the most important Rojales fiestas: Semana Santa, Romería de S. Isidro, fiestas de San Pedro, Moors and Christians and Virgen del Rosario.• A Ciudad Quesada fiesta committee will be set up and adequately subsidized. • A calendar of events will be created in conjunction with the different associations and bodies.

HEALTH

•The amount forecast for pest control in the sewerage system will be increased especially in the summer period. • We will insist on the cleaning and fencing of plots within the municipal area.• We will push forward with campaigns to create a mindful community and elimi-nate domestic animal mess on the streets.• We will facilitate fenced-in public spaces for the exercising of pets to keep the streets and pavements clean.

SOCIAL SERVICES

• A personaliized plan will be drawn up by the council for all cases of help at home.• Home help services will be augmented through contracts with external compa-nies with the express condition they use workers registered with the Town Hall• The donations for assistance will be maintained and special cases reviewed. • A budget line will be included specifically for rehabilitation or to adapt properties destined for the most disadvantaged with prior study and evaluation by the munici-pal technical departments.

HEREDADES

• We will carry out the land plan for “Ensanche Sur de Heredades” within the first two years of legislature in order to encourage the growth of the district. • We will keep in touch with the Town Hall in Almoradi to establish a programme of common activity across the borders.

THIRD AGE

• An annual programme of leisure activities will be drawn up to include the differ-ent fitness programmes to altérnate with other activities for this group. This same programme will be carried out in the community centres of Ciudad Quesada and

Heredades.• The help and subsidies for the different associations will be maintained and we will request a greater involvement and collaboration with the council.

TOWN PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT

• A project plan will be drawn up to be carried out during the period of legislature.• We will produce specific conditions for contracts for the collection and transport of garbage and street cleaning throught the municipality.• Establishment of a waste disposal point conforming to EU rules and managed by the firm awarded the contract for waste collection and monitored by workers registered with the Town Hall.

SPORTS

• The main aim of the council will be the promotion of fundamental sports activities and to that end we will pursue the creation of new sports training facilities,• A municipal sports department will be created with a view to creating an annual programme of rational and balanced sporting activities.• During the legislature we propose the creation of an athletics club and a municipal golf academy in collaboration with the “La Marquesa” golf club. • We propose the creation of a Municipal Sports Institute as an autonomous body, for the management of all local sport.

TOURISM

• We will open the municipal Tourist Information office in the “plaza” building with both morning and afternoon opening times. • We propose a plan of cultural tourism promotion, that would cover guided tours of the archaeological, agricultural, Semana Santa museums and Gasparito water deposits as well as the Cuevas del Rodeo. • In collaboration with the business and hospitality sector we will create a guide to shops, bars and restaurants of the town.

COMMERCE

• A business association will be fostered with representation from the highest number of businesses of the area.• Logistically and economically the different functons of the business association will be supported for the benefit of the town.• We will continue to support the setting up of new businesses on the “plaza” and influx of new people..

• Local purchases will be encouraged through the creation of a listing of local businesses categorized by specialist function.

EMPLOYMENT

•We will establish a list of all the firms, self-employed traders and professionals in the area listed in categories..• Tenders will be invited for all the municipal projects over 9.000 euros and those under that amount will be shared fairly between companies offering the service required• All company employees who carry out jobs for the Town Hall will be asked to produce a current valid work contract.• With a plan for the whole of the legislature period job creation will be improved through local firms, for the tidying and maintenance of public spaces, pavements, land plots, parks and gardens etc.

EDUCATION

•The council education department will be there to serve all the school centres in the municipal area through their parent – teacher associations and governing bodies with the sole aim of achieving the best quality education possible for your children.• We will ensure that the move of the “Colegio Príncipe de España”, will take place in the shortest time possible. • The infant school system will be improved and the number of places increased by changing if necessary the classification of the school• We will maintain and where possible augment the funding awarded for gradúate student transportation outside of the municipal area. Only students who study with public centres and universities may apply for assistance.

PUBLIC FUNDS

• The number of councillors wll be updated and they will be dedicated exclusively to the real needs of the Town Hall. • We will control and review monthly the state of play with regard to projects to ensure efficient completion..• The different municipal tax rates will be updated and we will consider possible reductions for those of the neighbourhood in need of help.• Within the first three months of the legislature and in a public meeting we will provide information about the financial situation of the Town Hall. • We will put out to public tender, following established legal procedures, all contracts for services that require this.

AGRICULTURE • Clear and direct commitment to the agricultural sector for the repairs and asphalting of the country lanes with programme of works throughout the legislature period.• We will continue the necessary subsidies with the water authority. • A work agency scheme will be created specially for unemployed agricultural workers.• We will designate a plot of municipal land sufficient for farming activity manned by personnel through the work agency scheme.

CULTURE • The use of the Capitol Theatre will be increased thoughout the year and we will turn it into the cultural centre of our town. • A committee for culture will be appointed made up of representatives from all cultural sectors of the municipality who together with the council will be responsable for creating an annual programme of events to be published in a quarterly bulletin.• We will programme activities in several languages in accordance with the needs of the people of the town.• Visits to the various museums of the town will be stimulated and the opening hours revised, above all in the holiday periods.• The book resources will be augmented in the different libraries. • The opening hours of the library will be extended in exam time.• Open air activities will be scheduled in spaces such as the “Malecón del Soto”, “Plaza Blanca” and “Cuevas del Rodeo”.

INTERNAL ORGANISATION

• The policy with relation to job slots at the Town Hall of Rojales will be revised and updated.• All the Town Hall officials and workers will be offered language classes and training on new technology with the aim of improving customer service.• The location of the different municipal departments will be agreed with the other political groups to ensure user friendly access. All the vacancies available within the Town Hall will be advertised publicly.• All the available methods will be in place for the control of the municipal departments..• Creation of places for the disabled (33% or more) will be open to public tender.

YOUTH

• We will make available necessary space for leisure opportunities and enjoyment by our young people with free access to the internet• A suggestion box will be available where youngsters can leave their views and concerns.• We will also continue to strengthen via the CIJ the activities that youngsters are involved in outside of the municipality.

TRANSPARENCY YAND COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

• A pledge that all the political groups are represented at board level of government and in all decisions taken by the Town Hall.• A pledge that the community will be informed through public meetings about the important projects being carried out in the municipality.• A pledge to have a flow of communication in both directions between the community and Town Hall to take account of suggestions and attend to problems.

Einführung

Wenn eine Gemeinde die Möglichkeit hat, seine Vertreter, Stadträte und Bürgermeister zu wählen und über eine konkrete Auswahl verfügt, sowie es in Rojales der Fall ist, ist es nicht sehr schwer zu analysieren wo wir stehen, wie es uns geht und wer verantwortlich für die fehlende Effizienz der Verwaltung ist.

Diejenigen die die letzten vier Jahre, um nicht weiter zurückzugehen, regiert haben, haben das Rathaus in ein simples Verwaltungsbüro verwandelt, das Gelder und Zuschüsse bearbeitet, die jedes andere Verwaltungsbüro anbietet. Dieselben, die wieder einmal dasselbe Versprechen wie vor vier oder acht Jahren geben

und die jetzt ihr Scheitern mit Ausreden ohne jegliche Grundlagen zu rechtfertigen versuchen. Diejenigen, die nicht im Stande waren, eine aktive Politik zu betreiben und die nicht die Initiative besassen, einen Weg zur Verbesserung der aktuellen Lage unserer Mitbürger in Rojales zu erarbeiten.

Die demokratische Partei von Rojales, PADER, möchte die Meinung der Bürger wiedergeben, politische Massnahmen an die Wünsche, Illusionen, und Notwendigkeiten anpassen, die dafür nötigen Lösungen erarbeiten und das Rathaus dafür als eine Anlaufstelle für unsere Nachbarn bereitstellen.

PADER ist aus Rojales, lebt Rojales, liebt Rojales und ist deswegen bereit, Hand in Hand mit den Mitbürgern unseren geliebten Dorfes zu arbeiten. Mit Denen, die hier geboren wurden sowie Denjenigen, die sich Rojales zum Leben ausgesucht haben, mit denen wir zusammenleben und durch deren Sprachen, Kulturen und Erfahrungen wir bereichert werden. Zusammen möchten wir eine Gemeinschaft bilden, die gemeinsame Kräfte aufbringt um unser Ziel, unserer jetzige Situation angepasst, zu erreichen.

Die Argumente in dem folgenden Wahlprogramm basieren auf vier Jahren Erfahrung einer Partei der Opposition, PADER. Eine reelle und konkrete Opposition, die immer die Interessen all unserer Mitbürger aufmerksam beaobachtet und verteidigt. Ein Programm entickelt mit und für Euch!

Und deswegen bittet Sie die demokratische Partei von Rojales um Ihre Stimme, damit wir unser Rathaus in die Richtung lenken können, die Rojales verdient. PADER und ROJALES, eine Einheit.

FESTLICHKEITEN

• Der Stadtrat wird die Finanzierung fördern und sich an den wichtigsten Festen in Rojales beteiligen: Ostern, “Romeria de San Isidro”, “San Pedro”, “Moros y Cristianos” und die Feiern an “Virgen del Rosario”.• Es wird ein Ausschuss für die Feiern in Ciudad Quesada gegründet und angemessen subventioniert.• Gemeinsam mit den verschiedenen Verbänden und Vereinigungen wird ein Kalender erstellt, indem sämtliche Feierlichkeiten unserer Gemeinde aufgeführt sind.

GESUNDHEITSWESEN

• Das Budget für die Insektenvernichtung der Kanalisationen wird erweitert, vor allem in der Sommerzeit.

• Es wird die Säuberung und Einzäunung der zur Zeit ungenutzten Gelände in unserer Gemeinde gefordert.

• Es werden Kampagnen für die Sensibilisierung zur Beseitigung der Exkremente unserer Haustiere beibehalten und weitergeführt.• Es werden öffentliche Plätze eingezäunt und hergerichtet für unsere Haustiere, um die Verschmutzung unserer Strassen und Bürgersteige zu reduzieren.

SOZIALE LEISTUNGEN

• Es werden die Fälle, die häusliche Hilfe benötigten, durch den Stadtrat persönlich verfolgt und betreut.• Der Service der benötigten häuslichen Hilfleistungen wird erhöht, indem Verträge mit externen Firmen geschlossen werden, mit der ausdrücklichen Bedingung, Personal der Arbeitsvermittlung unseres Rathauses dafür einzuspannen.• Die Austattung für assisitierende Hilfen wird beibehalten und es werden die möglichen, speziellen Fälle überprüft.• Es wird ein Teil des Budgets für spezielle Hilfen bereitgehalten, um die Ausstattung und Wohnbedingungen benachteiligter Personen zu verbessern.

HEREDADES

• Wir werden in den ersten zwei Jahren der Legislatuperiode einen parzieller Plan erstellen, um den “Ausbau des Südens von Heredades” zu fördern und somit eine Vergrösserung unserer Gemeinde zu ermöglichen.• Wir werden den Kontakt zum Rathaus von Almoradí weiterhin pflegen, um

gemeinsame Programme für die beiden Gemeinden zu erstellen.

• Es wird ein jährliches Programm für spielerische Aktivitäten erstellt, bei dem die verschiedenen Programme der Gymnastik beibehalten, und mit anderen Aktivitäten kombiniert werden.• Diese Programme sind auch in Gemeindezentren in Ciudad Quesada und Heredades geplant.• Es werden die Hilfen und Subventionen an die verschiedenen Verbände weiterhin erfolgen und eine erhöhte Beiteiligung des Stadtrates verlangt.

STÄDTEPLANUNG UND UMWELT

• Es wird ein Projektplan erstellt, um ihn im Laufe der gesmaten Legislaturperiode durchzuführen.• Aufstellung der Vergabebedingungen um einen Vertrag für die Abholung und den Abtransport unserer Abfälle abzuschliessen, indem auch die Reinigung unserer Strassen der gesamten Gemeinde enthalten ist.• Errichtung eines Platzes, der sich an der Norm der EU orientiert und von der Firma, welche den Zuschlag für die Abholung des Abfalls erhält sowie von Men-schen der Arbeitsvermittlung des Rathauses betrieben werden soll.

SPORT

• Das hauptsächliche Ziel des Stadtrates für Sport soll sein, die Basissportarten zu fördern und dafür die Eröffnung neuer Sportschulen und Zentren voranzutreiben.• Es wird ein Gemeinderat für Sport errichtet. Dieser hat zum Ziel, ein ganzjährliches Programm für sportlich sinnvolle und ausgewogene Aktivitäten zu erstellen.• Wir werden uns während der gesamten Legislaturperiode dafür einsetzen, dass ein Leichathletikverein gegründet, und gemeinsam mit dem Golfclub “La Marquesa” eine Golfschule errichtet wird.• Wir möchten ein lokales Institut für Sport als selbständige Behörde erschaffen, die alle Angelegenheiten dieses Bereiches verwalten soll.

TOURISMUS

• Wir werden ein Tourismusbüro in dem Gebäude am “La Plaza” eröffnen, dass morgens und nachmittags geöffnet hat.• Wir werden uns für einen Plan mit Angeboten für den kulturellen Touris-mus einsetzen. Dieser soll Führungen durch das archäologiche Museum, das Bauernmuseum, das Ostermuseum, die Brunnen von “Gasparito” sowie durch die

Höhlen “del Rodeo” anbieten.• In Zusammenarbeit mit der Vereinigung des Einzelhandels und der Gastromen werden wir einen Führer der lokalen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie den Bars und Restaurantes entwerfen.

EINZELHANDEL

• Es soll ein Verband für den Einzelhandel gegründet werden, welcher durch eine höchstmögliche Beteilgung der lokalen Geschäfte repräsentiert werden soll. • Die verschieden Events, die dann vom Verbands des Einzelhandels organisiert werden, werden finanziell und organisatorisch unterstützt, um unsere Gemeinde in der Aussendarstellung zu fördern.• Wir werden uns weiterhin für eine Installation neuer Geschäfte bei der “Plaza” einsetzen und einen verstärkten Durchgang von Passanten fördern. • Wir wollen Einkäufe in lokalen Geschäften durch die Erschaffung einer Einzelhandelsbörse verstärken, in dem Diese je nach Gebiet sortiert aufgelistet und vorgestellt werden.

ARBEITSMARKT

• Es wird eine Liste ausgearbeitet, auf der alle Firmen, Selbständige und Spezialisten unserer Gemeinde, je nach Kategorie sortiert, aufgelistet sein werden.• Es werden per Einladung die lokalen Projekte die über 9.000 Euros kosten versteigert, und die mit geringeren Kosten, werden proporzional unter den anderen Firmen, je nach Gebiet, aufgeteilt.• Es werden alle Arbeiter,die für unser Rathaus arbeiten, überprüft um sicher zu stellen, dass diese einen gültigen Arbeitvertrag haben.• Wir werden während der gesamten Legislaturperiode einen Plan ausarbeiten, um mehr Arbeitsplätze innerhalb unserer lokalen Firmen zu schaffen. Arbeiten wie die Instandsetzung-sowie Haltung der öffentlichen Gelände, Bürgersteige, Parks, Gärten usw. sollen dann von Menschen unserer Gemeinde übernommen werden.

ERZIEHUNG

• Der Stadtrat für dieses Gebiet soll jederzeit allen Schulen/Schulzentren zur Verfügung stehen. Mit Hilfe der Vorsitzenden und der AMPAS (Vereingung von Müttern und Vätern von Schülern), soll das einzige und wichtigste Ziel sein, unseren Kindern die bestmöglichste und qualitativ hochstwertigste Ausbildung zu ermöglichen.• Wir werden weiterhin darauf bestehen, dass die Wiedereröffnung unserer Schule “Príncipe de España” so schnell wie möglich erfolgt.• Der Service an den Schulen für die kleineren Kinder soll verbessert werden, um

so noch mehr Kinder aufnehemen zu können. Dafür wird man, wenn nötig, die Bezeichnung der Schule ändern.• Wir werden weiterhin einen Teil des Budgets für den Transport der Schüler, die ausserhalb der Gemeinde wohnen bereitstellen, sowie den gegebenen Voraussetzungen entsprechend versuchen, Diesen zu erhöhen. Nur Schüler, die an einer öffentlichen Einrichtung lernen und studieren, können von diesem “Sti-pendium” Gebrauch machen.

FINANZWESEN

• Es wird die Anzahl der Stadträte angepasst, die ausschliesslich für unser Rathaus arbeiten/zur Verfügung stehen, je nach Notwendigkeit. • Wir werden eine monatliche Kontrolle durchführen und fordern, dass eine Aufführung des zur Verfügung stehenden Budgets bis ins letzte Detail existiert sowie eingehalten wird.• Wir werden die bestehenden Gebühren in unserer Gemeinde aktualisieren, sowie die Möglichkeit überprüfen, Reduktionen für unsere benachteiligten Nachbarn zu vollziehen.• In den ersten drei Monaten der Legislaturperiode und in einer öffentlichen Versammlung, werden wir über die finanzielle Situation unseres Rathauses informieren.• Wir werden alle Serviceverträge öffentlich ausschreiben, deren Betrag es so vorsieht, um eine umfassende Legalität zu erreichen.

LANDWIRTSCHAFT

• Es wird eine klare Vereinbarung mit unseren Landwirten getroffen, unsere Wege zu asphaltieren oder instand zu setzen. Diese wird durch ein Programm während der gesamten Legislaturperiode ausgführt.• Der Zuschuss mit dem Wasseramt wird, je nach Notwendigkeit, beibehalten.• Es wird eine Arbeitsvermittlung für arbeitslose Landwirte erstellt.• Es wird ein wichtiger Teil des Budgtes für die Nutzung unseres Ackelands zur Verfügung gestellt, und mit Hilfe der Personen der Arbeitsvermittlung, in die Tat umgesetzt.

KULTUR

• Wir werden die Nutzung unseres Theaters “Capitol” während des ganzen Jahres fördern und es zum Mittelpunkt der Kultur unserer Gemeinde machen. • Es wird ein Gemeinderat der Kultur gegründet, der sich aus allen Vertretern der Kultur unserer Gemeinde zusammensetzt. Dieser wird, gemeinsam mit dem Stadtrat, dafür verantwortlich sein, ein jährliches Programm zusammenzustellen,

welches aller drei Monate ausgeschrieben wird.• Wir werden Programme in verschiedenen Sprachen erstellen, je nach Nach-frage unserer Mitbürger.• Es wird der Besuch unserer verschiedenen Theater gefördert und die Öffnungszeiten überprüft, vor allem in der Urlaubs und Sommerzeit.• Wir werden den Bestand der veschiedenen Bibliotheken erweitern.• Wir werden die öffnungszeiten der Bibliotheken in Phasen der Examen verlängern.• Es werden Aussenaktivitäten geplant, um unsere Plätze wie den “Malecón del Soto”, die “Plaza Blanca” und die Höhlen “del Rodeo” mehr zu nutzen.

INNERE REGIERUNGSFORM

• Wir werden das Verhältnis der Arbeitsplätze im Rathaus überprüfen und aktu-alisieren.• Unsere Angestellten und Beamten werden Zugang zu Sprach- und Tech-nikkursen haben, mit dem Ziel unsere Bürger besser betreuen zu können.• Wir werden mit den anderen Parteien versuchen, die wichtigen Anlaufstellen zu komprimieren und besser zugänglich für unsere Bürger zu machen. • Wir werden nach und nach die zur Verfügung stehenden Plätze unseres Rathauses, je nach Nachfrage, erweitern.• Es werden existierende Möglichkeiten genutzt, um die Kontrolle der verschiedenen Abteilungen der Gemeinde zu gewährleisten.• Es wird ein Ort geschaffen, der von behinderten Menschen (von 33% oder mehr) genutzt werden kann.

JUGEND

• Wir werden die nötigen Orte für unsere Jugend für Freizeitgestaltung und Hobbies schaffen, inklusive kostenlosem Internetzugang.• Wir werden ein System erschaffen, indem uns unsere JUdendlichen Ihre Ideen und Anliegen mitteilen können.• Wir werden weiterhin durch die CIJ (Zetrum für Integration der Jugend) die Aktivitäten, die unsere Jugendlichen ausserhalb der Gemeinde betreiben, fördern.

TRANSPARENZ UND EINBEZUG UNSERER MITBÜRGER

• Verpflichtung, dass alle Parteien in der Regierung vertreten sind und in alle Entscheidungen seitens unseres Rathausesn einbezogen werden.• Verpflichtung, unsere Bürger in Versammlungen über wichtigen Projekte in unserer Gemeinde zu informieren.• Verpflichtung, einen fliessenden und bestehenden Kontakt mit unseren Bürgern beizubehalten, um deren Vorschläge und Anliegen hören und berücksichtigen zu können.
