What is Well Dressed?

Well Dressed is an app for men that suggests outfits based on how a user looks, the weather, budget and personal style preference

Outfits are composed of garments from the users personal wardrobe or garments from different stores that use the Well Dressed platform

The Dashboard

The Dash board is the nerve center of the app.• Image that conveys the mood of the day• Daily garment and outfit tips• Wishlist with the latest discounts• New arrivals curated to users behaviour• Quick menu• Banner for targeted advertisement. (Only target users that have your products on their wishlist)

Personal Profile

The profile is used to generate the outfits and make the suggestions for users• A user can take a selfie• A user can use a template face based on a celebrity• A user can set colors by hand

The AdvisorThe Advisor suggests outfits to the user• The user can set his own style preference, budget and weather• By swiping left and right the advisor will generate a new outfit. By swiping right, the current outfit will be saved• Double tapping a garment will lock a garment, in case you want an outfit that does include certain shoes and a shirt• Easy share functionality that will let you share a link with all the outfit details, including purchase links, over social media.

Garment Details

The detail screen for each garment provides additional information and ways to purchase• A user can add a garment to his wishlist, share it, or find similar garments• If the garment is available for check out, this screen will present size information and a check out button. Checking out will take 2 taps. We will also display additional store information.• If the garment comes from an affiliate program, we will show a website link. (We are replacing affiliate links with checkout options, due to better conversion)

Merchant Benefits• Merchants with check-out enabled enjoy a priority status, their garments will show up more often, and will be picked instead of affiliate alternatives by the algorithms.

• The check-out functionality only just rolled out, meaning that there are no competitors yet.

• A merchant has control over every garment in Well Dressed through Stripe. Merchants can activate and deactivate garments at will

• If a merchant already uses Stripe Relay, there is very little labour involved in getting started on Well Dressed

• Every purchase is accompanied by a SIFT Science fraude report.

Well Dressed Current State• Well Dressed has been in a soft-

launch stage for the last 9 months perfecting the app. The result is that there is currently a small community (2200 active users), but with a high retention rate.

• We have attracted an Angel investment to scale the user numbers within the next 3 months

• There will be a female version released, as well as version for Android, during 2016.
