Presente y Pasado Progresivo

El Presente Progresivo es un tiempo verbal que se utiliza para expresar acciones que suceden en el mismo momento en que se está hablando, por ejemplo:

He is studying the lesson. Él está estudiando la lección.

I am speaking English. Yo estoy hablando inglés. 

You are reading a book. Tú estás leyendo un libro.

REGLA 1Todos  los  verbos  de  una  sola  silaba  con  vocal  en  el medio  de  dos  consonantes,  duplican  la  última consonante y se agrega ING

REGLA 2Cuando el verbo tenga dos silabas y  la ultima silaba es una vocal en medio de dos consonantes, se marca el acento en la última silaba. Se duplica la última consonante y se agrega ING
