TAMBOR MAGNETICO

DEEP REACH

A typical Deep Reach utilizes two large magnets on each side of a chute to

grab large tramp metal as it passes though the stainless steel housing. The

Deep Reach is designed for products that would bridge in other

separators (e.g. starch on a grate). A center deflector directs the product

flow to the chute side for tramp collection.

RF CARTRIDGE

• Material enters the housing, is distributed by a cone and

passes in close proximity to the magnet cartridge. Ferrous

material is attracted and held by the magnet while the

separated product continues past and out of the housing.

The ferrous material remains on the magnet until the

cartridge is removed & cleaned.

E-Z Tec DSP

Page 47: Presentacion final calor mag sep 2012 (cerrada)

SUPER B TRAP

• The Super B (SB) Trap couples within liquid lines to

remove tramp metal from liquid product flows. As

material enters the trap body it cascades around the

powerful magnet element and traps unwanted tramp metal

that may damage process machinery or contaminate food

or pharmaceutical products.

• Chocolate

• Soup

• Salsa

• Meat batter
