SE COMIENZA SOBRE LA BASE DE UN RAMILLETE DE
PRACTICAS….
No existe relación entre el «gasto» en TI y las utilidades, y
ventas de una empresa
No hay entendimiento entre los Ejecutivos y los profesionales
de TI .
El proceso normal del negocio, hace que se creen sistemas
desintegrados
Los ejecutivos requieren sistemas integrados y que les ayuden
a gestionar sus empresas. Pero no los tienen .
