기본개념 보철(prosthesis)

신체의 일부가 결손되었을 때 인공적인 대용물을

이용하여 그 기능을 회복시켜 주는 술식

사용되는 인공적인 대용물 - 보철물(prosthesis)

이것에 대해 연구하는 학문 - 보철학(prosthetics)

이 학문을 연구하는 사람 - 보철가(prosthetist)

정의

구강과 그 주위의 기관이 여러 이유로

비정상적으로 되었을 때 그 기관의 기능을

인공적인 대용물로서 정상으로 회복시키고자

하는 술식 전반

* 개개치아의 수복 : filling, inlay, crown

* 악안면 보철 수복

보철물의 피개복 정도에 따라

* 전부치관 보철(full veneer)

- full crown, jacket crown

* 부분치관 보철(partial veneer)

- 1/2 crwon, 3/4 crown,

- pinledge crown

partial veneer crown : 부분피복관 - 치관의 일부 결손을 회복

foil filling : 박충전

plastic filling : 성형충전 (연성충전)

Inlay : 인레이

Fixed type : 고정성 – cement를 이용하여 접착 ↔ removable

Jacket crown

- 도재, 합성수지만으로 피복

porcelain laminated crown

- 변색치, 왜소치의 심미성

post crown : 합정치관

Bridge : 교의치

– 탈락된 치아의 인접치를 이용함

extension bridge : 연장교의치

= wing bridge

= cantilever bridge

fixed bridge : 고정성교의치 – 대부분, cement 고정

semifixed bridge :

- 반고정성교의치 – clasp, Att.

- 지대치 유지장치가 한쪽이 유동적

Removable type : 가철성 – 환자의 의사에 따라 장착, 철거

removable bridge : 가철성 교의치 – 유지장치가 유동적

Partial denture : 국소의치

– 치아와 조직의 부분적인 결손을 회복, 주로 가철성 국소의치

fixed partial denture : 고정성 국소의치(bridge)

removable partial denture : 가철성 국소의치(RPD)

Complete denture : 총의치

- 자연치아의 전부 결손되었을 때

routine denture : 상용의치 – 일반총의치

overlay denture : 피개의치

- 잔존치근과 잔존치조제에서 유지, 안정

implant denture : 매식의치

- 매식체의 구조로부터 유지와 안정

immediate denture : 즉시의치

- 자연치발거 후 즉시 구강 내에 장착

Resin base denture : 수지상의치

metal base denture : 금속상 의치

open front denture : 무변연 의치

- 전치부의 의치상을 형성하지 않음

roofless denture : 무구개상의치

- 구개부위를 형성하지 않은 의치
