on hand at Enovitis2008 and its field demosat the Falesco vineyards atMontecchio near Orvieto onJune 27-28 with the top ofthe range Ergit series: sixcompact high-tech modelsavailable with power units pro-ducing from 50 to 95 HP forspecialised farming. The trac-tors have isodiametric wheelsor an enlarged rear pair, andthey are fitted with an Actioframe, one of Antonio Carraro’sspecialities with its heavy cen-tral steel beam linked solidly tothe axles and housing the frontand rear transmission with acentral articulation to permitlongitudinal oscillation. Thismakes the tractor easier to usein small spaces and betweenrows as well as improving its er-gonomics and driving comfort.The top of the series is the TRG9400 N-Joy G Cab, which hasreversible driving and an 85 HPfour-cylinder turbo engine. AtEnovitis, it will be seen in the N-Joy version thanks to which thetools can be handled in thegreatest comfort. This particularversion also has larger wheels,two double effect distributorsand one repeated at the front,two lifting speeds, a doublesafety system for the driver, adownhill speed regulator, rapidhitch lift bars, working spotlight,back flanges in cast iron, slidertow hitch, and hydraulic thirdpoint power lift controlled elec-tronically by a button in the cab. The TRX reverse-drive multi-functional tractors, especiallysuited for working betweenrows, will also be at Enovitiswith the 7800, 8400, 9400 and10400 running on 68, 70, 85and 95 HP.
