Support loading plane rotate 90° thanks to a specific bearing.
It gets Hydraulically inclinated and driven to the ground by the hydraulic pump of the tractor or forage harvester.
We are proud to present on the international market a new trailer with a particular idraulic mouvement that allows to Forage Harvester machine to load and download headers directly from the ground.

In this position the trailer is perfectly stable. All the weight is downloaded on the ground and do not weight on the towing hook. Trailer must be hooked only during load/download operations.
Once the head is fastened to the trailer by belts or mechanic fast locking system the supports can be recalled back over the axle. System works like a forklift mast.

Once the support got back over the axle it must be rotated and locked to the main frame by an automatic mechanic system. Header is perfectly balanced on the trailer.
