REPLICACIÓN DEL ADN
La función de todo material genético es la de poder transmitir información.
En el momento en que los cromosomas se replican, la molécula se separa por en medio.
Cuando ambas cadenas se separan cada una de ellas sirve como molde para la síntesis de una cadena nueva.

La enzima encargada de la síntesis del ADN (ADN polimerasa) también cumple con una función de reparación del ADN
Al terminar la replicación del ADN la Célula queda conformada por una carga genética duplicada y lista para ser separada en partes iguales en la fase de Mitosis.
