    INTRODUCCIN: Se proyecta la reconstruccin de un muelle marginal para carga de piedra a chaln, en drsena de Ciaboga, ejido Balzapote, municipio de San Andrs Tuxtla, Veracruz; operado por A. P. I. Veracruz, de dimensiones 37.20 m de longitud x 9.78 m de ancho conformado por una losa superior maciza de concreto reforzado a nivel +2.50 y 33 pilotes verticales tubulares de 36 de dimetro de 15 m de longitud en acero A-36. La estructura se analizar y disear para cumplir con los requisitos de seguridad ante la aparicin de estados lmite de falla y de servicio bajo las combinaciones de acciones ms desfavorables; lo anterior bajo los criterios y requisitos indicados en las Normas para Construccin de Obras Martimas y Portuarias de la Secretara de Comunicaciones y Transportes (edicin 1984), Manuales de Diseo de la C. F. E., as como procedimientos del A. C. I. (318-2008) y A. I. S. C. (A. S. D.) DATOS DE PROYECTO:

    Ec = 6.0 ton m Con la velocidad de atraque y una defensa de llanta de tractor de 1.0 de ancho consideramos un tiempo de frenado de 6 seg. Por lo que la fuerza de atraque puntual que se aplica al muelle:

    FA = 36 ton.

    Fuerza de Sismo:

    Se utilizar el mtodo dinmico modal, y el espectro de diseo se obtiene de los criterios indicados por la C. F. E.; las fuerzas para el anlisis del modelo lo calcula el programa computacional para anlisis estructural empleado STAAD PRO ver. 4 Zona Ssmica B Tipo de Suelo II a = 0.08 c = 0.30 Ta = 0.3 Tb = 1.5 r = 2/3

    El peso total del muelle por arriba del nivel del fondo marino es de 745 ton. El cortante por sismo es de 222 ton.

    Se calcula el empuje generado por el viento al soplar perpendicularmente al muelle y al buque mediante la siguiente expresin:

    rea expuesta del buque AB V = 14 x 40 = 560 m2 Velocidad del viento en m/seg Vv = 150/3.6 = 41.67 m/seg Fuerza de viento FV = 1.2 AB Vv2 / 16 FV = 72 ton

    Fuerza de la Corriente en el canal: En la drsena se considera que la velocidad de corriente es nula.

    ANLISIS Y DISEO ESTRUCTURAL : Modelo Analtico Muelle El muelle es una plataforma de carga a buques chalanes atracados al mismo gracias a un calado de 6.00 m de profundidad. Para la obtencin del comportamiento analtico del muelle, bajo cargas de diseo tanto en condiciones estticas, ssmicas, impacto por atraque de buque, utilizaremos un programa computacional de anlisis estructural, STAAD PRO v8i, para lo cual modelaremos losa del muelle en un arreglo de elementos finitos de 4 nodos; pilotes tubulares de apoyo como miembros tipo viga. Se alimenta el programa considerando las secciones geomtricas reales de todos y cada uno de los miembros y elementos, as como sus respectivas propiedades mecnicas del acero y concreto reforzado; el programa tiene la capacidad de obtener el peso propio de toda la construccin y considera dicha carga para las condiciones estticas y para el clculo de efectos ssmicos. En cuanto las condiciones de apoyo o restricciones al desplazamiento, el modelo contempla el uso de resortes cuya rigidez es calculada segn los mdulos de reaccin de los diferentes estratos del subsuelo, hasta la profundidad propuesta de desplante -12.25.00 metros; con todos los datos anteriores el programa ejecuta y obtiene los resultados correspondientes.
