o As a flight instructor, both theoretical and practical subjects teaching, I could develop my

customer services skills. As a result of my responsibilities and role, I also could improve my

knowledge in Meteorology, Flight Rules, Basic Aviation Knowledge and Navigation. My tasks

comprised set up and control of aeroplane weight & balance, loading and unloading cargo and

baggage, aircraft refuelling procedures, documentation procedures and update, aeroplane pre-

flight inspections and keep all schedules on time.

o As pro-activity actions, I used to keep aircraft cleaned and ready for next flight, development

and implementation of flight standard and flight safety procedures.

o In my first experience in the Aviation industry, I improved some soft skills like leadership, solving

o As course coordinator, I was responsible for enrollments, student development, and financial

control, which could show me the importance of thinking in business terms.

o As Regional Press Manager for a blue chip company like Vale S/A, I could develop and improve

information from an Information Management System in which I could work on the concept,

o I worked in the implementation of a system that help the organization to manage all aspects of

the students, including online enrolments, financial monitoring, flight schedules, students

performance, aircraft maintenance control and much more.

• Website and Flight Management System | QNE Flight School | Maricá, Brazil

o I developed the concept and worked in the implementation of a system to control all

administrative and operational procedures. Once the project was running and with the

information taken from the system, the board of directors could make their most important

decision in terms of future investments. I also developed and implemented a new website for

the company, which brought more customers and consequently more revenue.

o From a simple observation, I created and developed some framework in which helped my

department and colleagues to well manage information about the company. It also helped the

company deal with any kind of crisis. The project succeeded and later was implemented in all
