On the f irst floor of Maragall 1 3 you can :

1- Enjoy a fully renovated bedroom with brand new furniture, a visco-latex mattress and an unused desk.

2- Personalise your bedroom using Blu-tack or similar, as long as you don’t perforate the walls.

3- Make use of the common areas: bathrooms, kitchen, dining room (with a fireplace), terrace and garden.

4- Keep your privacy, as all bedroom doors can be locked with a key.

5- Leave your bike in the ground floor entrance hall. 6- Take advantage of a weekly cleaning service for the common

areas: bathrooms, dining room and kitchen. 7- Use the washing machine and the laundry room. 8- Live in the centre of Lleida, really close to the bus station,

carrer Major (the high street) and Zona Alta (shopping

area), 20 metres away from Rectorat (the old university building).

9- Invite your classmates occasionally to work together. You can use the common areas if nobody is there, or work in your room.

10- If one day you would like to host a celebration, first ask your flatmates. If they have no objections, then you have to let us know. Remember that noise is not allowed after 12 a.m.

We absolutely have a positive attitude and we will do our best to make you feel as comfortable as we can in our house. We live on the third floor of the building and we also work there, so we need peace and quiet. For this reason, we ask you to observe these conditions. This way we all win in the end.
