Moseley is a title I school. In order for a school to qualify it must have at least 40 % of the student pop is free or reduced lunch.

We have about 60 % so we do qualify.

Moseley met index 1 with 73%.

Moseley met index 2 by 44 - target score.

Moseley met index 3 by target score 28. We have 38.

Mosley met index 4 by target score 12. We have 27.

The state this year says we either meet 1 or 2 to meet standard. Moseley met standard

Moseley did not receive any distinction last year. Attendance play a large part in earning distinctions for Reading, Math and science.

The comparable schools were shown to the CIC board. There is a school "Lorna Verde" that mirrors Moseley. We are planning, funds permitting, to take a group of teachers to visit the school.

In order to reach Distinction we must fall within a particular range with comparable schools.

Campus Goal:

Index 2, 3, 4, we are aiming for 30 top target for each of the indexes

Ms. Santos spoke about attendance.

Ms. Huynh shared the environment of the school. Data walls, summative, DRA, desegregated data.

Data goal setting- each student will have a binder, incentives for the students

Comprehensive Needs Assessment- Gallery walk

The CIC looked to see what we currently have and what we need. The CIC placed what we need on a sticky note and placed it on the chart paper.

What strategies are we going to put in place and who is going to monitor it?

Funds for the needs that we have added.

Grants for computers in the classroom or other things in the classroom.

Review of current Campus Improvement Plan Goal and Objectives

The teachers need to be on fire also and partner with PTA. Parent survey to see what strengths and weaknesses have. Reaching out the community, corporate, churches, Sams, Costco, parental involvement so that they can partner with the school. If we empower the parents and to help,

volunteer- the leaders google docs, form got in there. The teachers have their own websites, homework, having the website. Google doc, pay pal, volunteers, google doc folders.
