Lobo is a human resources consulting agency, which provides services in the field of

employee recruitment and outsourcing, as well as widely understood human resources

consulting.

The company was founded in 2011.

Despite the economic crisis at that time, we have developed rapidly, taking strength from

ambition and professional approach to doing business.

Our success achieved over the past four years is based on:

• a team of 40 employees

• branches in Amsterdam, Warsaw, Krakow, Gdynia, Poznan, Wroclaw

• ongoing performance of hundreds of recruitment projects

• a rapidly growing number of employees in human resources outsourcing (nearly

450 employees at the end of 2014)

Temp work and employee outsourcing are solutions addressed to employers who require time

and cost savings in connection with employment and flexibility in human resources management.

As part of this service, Lobo not only recruits, but primarily takes over all HR and payroll duties

related to employment.

The distinguishing feature is the fact that the contract of employment is made between Lobo and the

employee, who is then delegated by Lobo to the Customer.

The key benefit of this form of cooperation is great flexibility of concluding

and terminating contracts of employment and transferring all of your

employment duties to a third party.

As a result, the Customer has access to a certain number of employees

under conditions set by the Customer, and receives a monthly invoice for the

entire service.

try & hire

Try & Hire combines elements of a recruitment service and employee outsourcing.

The goal of cooperation is that the Customer is able to try out the candidate and additionally, no formal

legal relationship is established between the Customer and the candidate during the trial period. The

candidate is hired by Lobo and then is delegated to the Customer for a specific period of time.

After the trial period, the Customer decides either to hire the candidate directly, extend the

trial or terminate further cooperation with the candidate.

Try & Hire is a service addressed to those companies which appreciate the lack of any

legal commitments during the candidate’s trial period.

legalization of employees from the Eastern Europe and Asia in Poland.
