A little bit about me.Kait Parrott puts her clients best interests first.
Her vast knowledge of Eastside communities and commitment to customer satisfaction

expertise, insight, work ethic and full-time efforts on their behalf. I love being a part of
an experience for people making a big, exciting decision in their lives, she says. Its essential

the entire process of buying or selling.Having previously worked for six years in
buying for the second-largest global retailer, Costco Wholesale, Kaits a superb multitasker
whose business acumen and marketing savvy now help deliver results for her real

and loyalty to clients is exceptional. Im determined to help in any and every way

A 20-year resident of the Seattle area, Kait attended CWU on a track & field scholarship before graduating with honors from Seattle
University. Running is still her favorite pastime away from the office, she says. It keeps me
