The practice of yoga is the strong pillar of our commune. We support consistent yoga study and practices with the support of other complementary healing processes developed from ancient Vedic-periodic therapies such as Charaka Samhita, Yoga Sutra, Ashta Vaidya etc.From traditional foundations, a distinctive, non-dogmatic approach to yoga has developed here, inspired by the new generation technology which is currently leading the evolution of this ancient science.

The origins of Just Yoga is rooted in South India Bangalore and its teaching has been passed down three generations from Balaji Singh ji.

With Yoga as his birthright, Ganesh is a pioneer in the field of yoga in our modern world. He hails from a family of traditional yoga practitioners from Bangalore India: his late father Mr. Rajendra Singh was a Hatha Yogi, his mother Mrs. Lakshmi Rajendra Singh is a well-known yoga guru, reputed for her teaching techniques and Bhajanmandali (a devotional music group) and his

sister Shama Singh is also an avid yoga teacher. Ganesh began teaching yoga at the tender age of 11 when he imparted yogic techniques to a family in Vijayanagar. He subsequently widened his teaching experience at various educational institutions, public gatherings,

places of worship and corporate premises.Ganesh holds a wealth of knowledge from his persistent pursuits of various schools of yoga (including a Master Degree in Yogic Science)which he simplifies and imparts according to his student's individual needs. With Ganesh,

yoga is simplified but opens your awareness to a deeper understanding of Yoga. Ganesh is a therapeutic storm in a teacup, and comes recommended by yoga students and

An honour to have Lakshmiji in Just Yoga

China, who is well known in her colo-

ny as a Bhakti Yogi. She used to regular-

ly invite vidvan from the field of Japa,

Upanyas, bhajans and gather people at

home to be part of the learning. Laksh-

miji later started the concept of healthy

mind in a healthy body at home for neigh-

bors, relatives and friends. Her husband

Rajendraji a Kundali Yoga practitioner

inspired Lakshmiji to pursue her teach-

ings. In mid 80’s put together they start-

ed a yoga school. It was that journey of

teaching inspired many people, to build

a commune in which million of students

were trained from the age group of 3 to 90

years. Many of the family members and

students are now full time Yoga Therapist

at different countries. Lakshmi’s daugh-

ter Shama & son Ganesh, started practic-

ing yoga at tender age at her guidance.

They were born and bought up in an en-

vironment where Yama, Niyama, Asanas,

Pranayama, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi

were there rhymes. Lakshmiji were bless-

ed to learn different aspects of yoga from

teachers,gurus and therapist.

后来又在家里为亲朋好友和邻居们提出了健康心智存于健康身体的概念。她的丈夫rajendraji ,

昆 塔 里 尼 瑜 伽 的 修 行 者 ， 则 激 发 她 开 始 教 学 。 8 0 年 代 中 期 ， 他 们 一 起 开 办 了 瑜 伽 学 校 。 这 场 教

学 之 旅 则 激 发 了 更 多 的 人 ， 最 终 形 成 一 个 社 群 ， 年 龄 从 3 岁 到 9 0 岁 的 数 百 万 学 生 得 到 了 培 训 。

Yoga therapist and instructor from North-east of India, Prem brings you his myriad of experience from various schools of Yoga such as Hatha, Mysore Ashtanga and the reputed Sivananda Ashram. A firm believer in humanitarian work since 2010, Prem extends his care and service in yoga voluntarily to army camps, schools and yoga conference. Armed with a master degree in yoga therapy from SVYASA university in Bangalore and a myriad of experience from various schools of Yoga such as Hatha, Mysore Ashtanga and Sivananda Ashram, Prem now brings his humanitarian spirit to Just Yoga Shanghai! Since 2010 Prem has been volunteering his care and service of yoga therapy and classes to army camps, schools and yoga conference. Prem helps his yoga students discover their human potential in a positive manner, which he believes re-contribute to their potential for development in the “social chaos”. With

a passion for football, he might also show you how yoga could help you score more goals!

They say 'third time lucky' and that is certainly true in the case of Teacher Naga who recently joins Just Yoga team, from Karnataka, India.

A seasoned contender of yoga competitions since 2006, Teacher Naga is aptly dubbed the 'Prince of Yoga' after having won 38 of the 40 yoga competitions he participated in. And of the numerous titles under his belt, 3 are in the prestigious and much revered 'Champion of Champions' category - 'Yoga Kishora' 'Yoga Kumara' and 'Yoga

Rakshaka'.As an ambassador of Yoga, Teacher Naga sees the value of yoga competitions not purely for its competitive spirit but more as a fuel to a consistent practice and will

power to discipline the body, mind and spirit.Growing up in Sri Shivananda Mata Ashram in his hometown Hubli (famed for fiery red chillies!), yoga was part of his daily routine which encouraged Naga to

eventually pursue a yoga diploma in SVYASA Institute in Bangalore.With a lifetime of yoga practice and 8 years of teaching experience, Teacher Naga believes in the healing power of yogasana (yoga poses) as a holistic approach to good health and longevity.
