インジューサーとは、スピンドル軸 Inducer is a rotary coupling thatインジューサーとは、スピンドル軸芯より切削油を刃具に供給する回転給油継手のことです。ガンドリル、ガンリーマー加工に限らず油穴付ツイストドリル等にも広く使用出来ます。弊社の4F型ガンドリルスピンドル、Gタイプスピンドル（例7F-45G-AP）に取り付けて使用します。

Inducer is a rotary coupling thatsupplies coolant to the cutting toolthrough the through spindle hole.Not only for gundrilling andgunreaming operation, inducers canbe extensively used for drilling by atwist drill with an oil hole, etc. Theinducers are used by mounting onour 4F series gundrilling spindles orG type spindles (for example, Model7F-45G-AP).

These models permits the use ofIV-3A型、IV-4A型インジューサー Models IV-3A and IV-4A inducers These models permits the use ofwater soluble coolant.Model IV-3A is used for Model7F-60G-AP or smaller models andModel IV-4A for Model 3R-75G-AP or larger models.

IV-3A型、IV-4A型インジューサーはIV-2Bと同じく、スピンドル軸芯より切削油を刃具に供給する回転給油継手です。比較的低速回転、低圧給油の場合に使用します。水溶性切削油も使用出来ます。IV-3Aは7F-60G-AP以下、IV-4Aは3R-75G-AP以上に分けて使用しています。
