Reconocida por la Unesco como la ms grande organizacin de jvenes del mundo, AIESEC viene desarrollando proyectos sociales durante los ltimos 64 aos por los 5 continentes. El objetivo principal es ampliar la visin del mundo de sus voluntarios generando cambios en las comunidades que reciben estos proyectos.

PROGRAMA DE DESARROLLOCIUDADANO GLOBAL

The main objective of IMPACTA HOY is provide a quality program that complements the educational cycle pupils aged between 8 years to 16 years, to ensure comprehensive development. This program involves improving learning opportunities Furthermore also enhance their soft skills and technical skills.

The program is based on a learning circle called "GOLDEN SETTING" which is divided into three steps, the first is the WHY talking about personal development, have a vision and mission of ourselves and how it can be aligned to become agents of change within our society, the second step is hOW whose main objective teach the tools with which we can achieve that change and as a last step is the wHAT of which will concretize the above steps in actions leading theory Agent of Change to reality through a tangible project which demonstrates each person has an important role in society.

The curriculum consists of a collection of four documents: Stage diagnostic module 1 "Leading" Module 2 "Education" and finally Module 3 "Building". Each module will be developed in six weeks of three workshops each lasting two hours teaching; and will be conducted by international facilitators.

It should be noted that within each of the modules is included within its objectives to generate and strengthen leadership within each program participants as AIESEC's vision is that by Leadership can create change within our society.
