!El! torneo! se! jugará! en! tres! jornadas.! Los! equipos! participantes! ! se! agruparán! inicialmente,! el! día! Viernes! y!Sábado,!!en!!!series!de!!3!a!6!equipos,!dependiendo!de!las!divisiones;!la!duración!de!los!partidos!será!en!Sub!12!y!en!Sub!14,!de!12!minutos!y!en!Sub!16!y!Sub!19,!de!20!minutos.!

!! Menores&de&12&años:!participan!22!equipos,!!disputando!entre!el!día!Viernes!y!el!día!sábado,!un!total!de!5!

partidos!cada!equipo;!esta!división!se!disputa!en!la!modalidad!“Encuentro”.&&

! Menores& de& 14& años:! participan! 32! equipos,! agrupados! en! 8! series! ! de! 4! equipos! ,! disputando! el! día!Viernes! ! los!partidos!de!la!fase!clasificatoria,! jugando!los!equipos!todos!contra!todos;!posteriormente!el!día!Sábado,!la!fase!final!se!disputa!de!la!siguiente!manera:!

!d) El!4to.!Mejor!cuarto!y!el!5to!mejor!cuarto!disputarán!un!partido!por!la!Copa!Consuelo!!En!la!fase!final,!en!todos!los!demás!partidos!deberá!haber!un!siempre!un!ganador.!! Menores&de&19&años:!participan!18!equipos,!agrupados!en!6!series!de!3!equipos,!disputando!en! la! fase!

inicial,!partidos!en!la!serie!todos!contra!todos;!posteriormente!el!día!domingo,!la!fase!final!se!disputa!de!la!siguiente!manera:!

!a) los!equipos!en!función!de! las!ubicaciones!en! la!series,!cantidad!de!puntos!obtenidos,!posición!en! las!

series!y!cantidad!de!goles!a!favor!en!tercer!lugar,!serán!numerados!del!1!a!16!y!del!17!al!18.!!

b) Se!jugarán!8!partidos!(1!vs!16!;2!vs!15;!3!vs!14;!4!vs!13;!5!vs!12;!!6!vs!11;!7!!vs!10;!8!vs!9)!y!los!8!equipos!ganadores!pasan!a!cuartos!de!final!de!Copa!de!Oro!y!los!8!equipos!perdedores!pasan!a!cuartos!de!final!de!Copa!de!Plata;! los!4!equipos!ganadores!de!cuartos!de!final!pasan!a!semifinales!de!Copa!de!Oro!y!Plata,! respectivamente.! Los!equipos!numerados! con!el! 17! y!18,!disputan!directamente! la! final! de! la!Copa!de!Bronce.!!

c) los!2!equipos!ganadores!de!las!semifinales!de!Oro,!clasifican!a!jugar!la!final!de!la!Copa!de!Oro!y!los!2!equipos!ganadores!de!las!semifinales!de!plata,!clasifican!a!jugar!la!final!de!la!Copa!de!Plata.!!

!!!!!!En!la!fase!final,!en!todos!los!demás!partidos!deberá!haber!un!siempre!un!ganador.!!

!1) EL& TORNEO&MARIA&NOEL&QUINTANA,! se! disputara! en!modalidad! de! SEVEN!A! SIDE,! los! equipos!

participantes! se! deberán! presentar! en! forma!PUNTUAL,! ubicándose! en! la! cancha! solamente! los!equipos!a!jugar.!Los!partidos!se!disputaran!en!forma!simultánea.!

!2) Se!otorgaran!3!puntos!por!partido!ganado,!1!punto!por!partido!empatado!y!cero!punto!por!partido!

perdido.!!

3) La!definición!de!los!puestos!en!las!series!(o!entre!distintas!series),!para!!el!caso!que!sea!necesario!,!se!hará!de!acuerdo!al!siguiente!criterio:!

!a) A!mayor!cantidad!de!puntos!en!la!serie.!b) mayor!diferencia!entre!goles!a!favor!y!en!contra.!c) mayor!cantidad!de!goles!a!favor.!d) Sorteo.!

!La!capitana!y/o!el!manager!de!cada!equipo,!deberá!presentarse!ante!la!mesa!de!control!por!lo!menos!treinta!minutos!antes!del!comienzo!del!primer!!partido!del!día!Viernes,!Sábado!y!del!Domingo!para!confirmar!el!arribo!y!coordinar!todo! lo!referente!a! los!partidos.!Todos! los!equipos!participantes!deberán!presentarse!a!disputar!

sus!partidos!en! forma!puntual;!no! se!admitirán! tolerancias,! y!el!equipo!que!no!cumpla!con!esta!disposición!perderá!el!derecho!de!jugar!el!partido,!resultado!ganador!del!partido,!el!equipo!oponente!(Resultado!3!a!0).!!!

4) La!Dirección!del!Torneo,!tiene!facultades!para!solicitar!información!!sobre!los!jugadores!inscriptos,!a! efectos! de! justificar! la! edad;! sobre! este! punto! apelamos! al! espíritu! de! los! equipos! y! sus!responsables,!a!efectos!de!cumplir!con!las!limitaciones!de!edad!en!función!de!la!categoría.!

!5) La! mesa! de! control! será! responsable! de! controlar! el! tiempo.! El! cronómetro! deberá! detenerse!

únicamente!en!caso!de!lesiones!que!impidan!continuar!el!juego!o!fuerza!mayor.!!

6) En!caso!de!expulsión,!el!jugador!queda!automáticamente!suspendido!por!el!resto!de!la!jornada,!no!obstante,!las!autoridades!del!Torneo!determinarán!la!pena!a!aplicar!a!esa!jugadora.!

!7) Se!pondrán!en!juego!además,!la!COPA!“SEMM”!premio!fair!play!que!se!adjudicará!al!Colegio/Club!

con! mejor! comportamiento! y! espíritu! durante! el! Torneo! y! la! “! COPA! ! SEMM! ”! ! María! Noel!Quintana”! que! se! le! adjudicará! al! equipo! con! la! mejor! actuación! en! el! Torneo,! tomando! las!ubicaciones! logradas! en! ! las! 2! mejores! categorías! de! las! 3! categorías! posibles,! es! decir! lo!disputarán! aquellos! que! presenten! equipos! en! al! menos! en! dos! categorías! y! en! el! caso! de!presentar!más!de!un!equipo,!se!sumarán!los!puntos!del!mejor!equipo,!en!la!división.!El!sistema!de!puntuación,!para!la!obtención!de!este!trofeo,!es!el!siguiente:!!

(se! sorteará! quien! ejecuta! primero);! en!caso! de!mantenerse! empatados! luego! de! la! serie! de! 3! penales,! continuarán! ejecutando! (cambia! el!orden)! 1! penal! cada! equipo,! hasta! el! primer! desempate,! ejecutando! con! las! mismas! 3! jugadoras!elegidas!inicialmente.!!

• En! Menores! de! 16! años! y! 19! años,! cada! equipo! deberá! elegir! 3! jugadoras! que! hayan! culminado!jugando! y! ejecutarán! un! total! de! 3! penales! (modalidad! australiana)! cada! equipo,! intercalados! (se!sorteará!quien!ejecuta!primero);! en! caso!de!mantenerse!empatados! luego!de! la! serie!de!3!penales,!continuarán! ejecutando! (cambia! el! orden)! 1! penal! cada! equipo,! hasta! el! primer! desempate,!ejecutando!con!las!mismas!3!jugadoras!elegidas!inicialmente.!La!“modalidad!australiana”!consiste!en!un! jugador! partiendo! con! bocha! desde! 25! yardas! con! 8! segundos! para! ejecutar! el! gol! en! el! arco!contrario.!Participan!de!dicho!penal!!la!jugadora!y!la!arquera!rival.!!

El!penal!es!completado!cuando:!!!!

" Se!cumplen!los!8!segundos!desde!la!señal!del!comienzo.!" Un!gol!es!convertido.!" Un!atacante!comete!una!infracción.!" El!arquero!defensor!comete!una! infracción! sin! intención,!dentro!o! fuera!del! circulo,!en!cuyo!

caso! el! penal! australiano! es! tomado! nuevamente! por! el! mismo! jugador,! contra! el! mismo!arquero!defensor.!

" El!arquero!defensor!comete!una!infracción!intencional!dentro!o!fuera!del!circulo,!en!cuyo!caso!se!otorgara!y!tomara!un!tiro!penal.!

" La!pelota!se!va!fuera!de!juego!por! la! línea!de!fondo!o!la! línea!lateral.!Esto!incluye!al!arquero!defensor!jugando!la!pelota!intencionalmente!por!la!línea!de!fondo.!!

!!Los! temas! que! no! estuvieren! previstas! por! las! leyes! de! juego,! ni! por! este! reglamento! en! particular,! serán!tratados!y!resueltos,!sin!derecho!a!reclamo,!por!las!autoridades!del!Torneo.!!
