Levels of Verification

Employment Verification – Verification of most recent work history, which

includes dates of employment, job titles and reasons for leaving. Information on

attendance, employee rating, eligibility for re-hire are also provided if available.

This is verified through the HR personnel of the employer.

Education Verification (Highest Degree) –Verification of the level of formal

education, schools attended, degrees obtained, attendance dates and grade point

average. This is verified through the educational institution’s registrar or college

dean. (purchase grad lists)

- Previous professors

- Accounting office (if w/ pending statements)

- CHED

Character Reference Check – Detailed information is gathered on

candidates’ work performance including punctuality and quality of work from

the candidates’ immediate superior and/or nominated character references.

Address Verification – Detailed verification done from the subject’s declared

address

- Courier (RML) 80 within MM

Global Dataset Search – Search based on name matching from a collection

of datasets, information of which are sourced from public domains across the

globe.

Criminal Record Check – Checking of NBI records for records under the

name of the subject.

Identity Check – Matching/Checking through declared government identification

- Verification through SSS and BIR

Civil Status Check – Verification of civil status through the National Statistics

Office (NSO)

- Verification though NSO

Credit Check – Detailed analysis from credit reporting bureau or agency in order

to reveal any negative/derogatory records related to the subject’s payment

history for loans, debts and delinquent accounts.

Civil Litigation – Name search done against a compilation of any court records

sourced locally.

Process Flow

Client sends BGV Request to HB6 (4PM

cut-off).

Client sends BGV Request to HB6 (4PM

cut-off).

TL assigns work to VA (via email, VA can check on team

tracker). (Day 0-1)

Encoder transcribes BGV Request in PDF format to HB6 BGV Template and sends it to

QA for review.(Day 0-1)

QA reviews Pre Draft and sends to TL (file on hb6 folder).

(Day 0-1)

VA wills screen info and escalate lacking docs to TL

conducts checks on the following: Education-Employment

-Character Reference-Address

-Database (checks completed and forwarded to QA, and TL)

VA forwards completed reports to TL then TL will consolidate all checks and forward it to QA.

QA will review all reports then send it to client then.
