Introduction

I’m Marco, and I’m the Founder/CEO of GratSee.

I want to revolutionize the way restaurants provide service, and make more customers happy with their dining experience.

Restaurant Hospitality

What’s the problem?

• The chronic lack of communication in the restaurant industry.

Page 5: GratSee Presentation

And what’s worse? …

• We would rather complain about the experience, than look for a solution.

Page 6: GratSee Presentation

How can we avoid this?• Let’s be proactive!• Open lines of

communication• Avoid complaint by

looking for a solution.• Be transparent.

The Host Stand• Customer checks in

with a dining profile.• i.e. allergies, diet

restrictions, special requests, etc.

Page 9: GratSee Presentation

At the table…• Server tailors delivery

of service to the individual.

• Like you would in an airplane, you can request service from your server using the app.

Page 10: GratSee Presentation

Alternatives?

• The closest competitors are Ziosk & tip calculator applications. Ziosk is a kiosk that sits on your restaurant table that allows you to order, play games, interact, and even pay for the check, remotely from your table.

• GratSee empowers the server, whereas Ziosk attempts to render the server useless.

Target Market

• We’ll target service-conscious middle to upper class customers

• This matches restaurants that have a $20-$50 average bill/person.

Page 12: GratSee Presentation

How much will we need?• A minimum $25k will be

sought for base development of a prototype.

• We’re seeking $100k in order to add sales managers, and build a solid marketing campaign.

Page 13: GratSee Presentation

How will we make money• Licensing the use of the app to

restaurants.• Add-ons for more features.– number of GratSee servers

commissioned, sponsorship, advertising space (digital and print), reports on server feedback, etc.

• Servers will need to apply/renew their etiquette certification every 2 years.

• Sponsorship from interested businesses.• EXPAND into multiple metropolitan cities.
