Drive-by Learning
As you’re driving around, play a guessing game with your
child. Describe a shape using its features and have your child
guess which shape it is. Then switch roles.

Making a Meal of Flat Shapes
Encourage your child to find and name flat shapes (circles, triangles, squares,

on how it’s cut.
