SUMMARY
This article about investigation is related to the base of any sports Trainer, who is the training and
the training this case focused on the soccer. For which it devotes itself understanding the
systematical processes that are carried out in the training and also the important thing of knowing in
a more essential way for the sportsman who does that it improves in its sports yield. In any trainer
or trainer he has to analyze basic concepts on its sportsmen, as it it is the training, psychological and
volitional (will, responsibility, etc) because it is one of the characteristics that it help which the team
is content of a good form to compete and with the necessary motivation to be able to increase its
game level.
It is mentioned about the qualities that it is necessary to have in the players and oh some proposals
about what to do, like training, that to train and what the ideal way of training would be, although
clarifying that this article is a base to announce, concepts and an important perspective before the
modern world of a training without leaving behind the adaptation processes and recovery that go of
the hand to achieve a training for a team is already at school, university or professional level.
Although every team is different and the trainer is the one that with its experience will choose that
to make and in what moment do it.
Training and Preparation
Physics in the soccer
(General)
The soccer is a sport of team where it attracts million fans, like sport of spectacle in the modern
times, its big heyday to taken to the conclusion that is the sport most played in the world. It is one
of the sports that more passion provokes between the fans that at all costs it defends to its team for
the louse-fitting shirt.
The Soccer as a modern game initiated in England (1863) there Football Association was created in
London. In 1885 in which there is fixed its primitive regulation that, scarcely is modified until our
days.
To penetrate to the soccer it is necessary to know circumstances to be taken into consideration for
the soccer.
At the moment of choosing the players it always chooses the adolescent, the child or young
man who has talent and admiration for the soccer. That he likes, because in the soccer oh
social requirements, physical and psychological. The one that is not ready to fight, to strain
and to have its maximum time for the soccer, generally does not give good results in
circumstances of sports adaptations.
Always to choose the humble ones or in case of children to teach them the humility and the
work in team because this way they will understand that not only one has to strain nor work
alone, if in the scoreboard opposite is reflected, is not a player who loses but the finished
team to the same way if it is gained, it gains the finished team.
Always to look for the common good of the team, to maintain the team and the harmonious
sacrifice to strengthen some specific game area. So that every elected talent squeezes
completely the individual and group capacities in every position, to fight the proud ones
and those who are excellent in its skill, to do to them conscience of its big work that they
take in the team.
Finally to impose the discipline in the team like an agreement to enjoy the due rest and in its
behavior to maintain the order and the ripeness in its sport.
These qualities it does not mean that only these exist, there is a characteristics endless number that
every trainer will be able to recognize it by means of its experience with its players.
Qualities of the player of soccer.
The modernism of the soccer makes to admit that the training is important so that there is a sports
yield and that there are an excellent individual skill and the tactics. The realities are put in the
dimensions of the court, to cover them to defend as to attack, to dribble to run after a ball, rapid
displacements in zig zag. As trainer takes into consideration measurements and this way he will
know the important of the training to obtain results. The high performance soccer, it does a physical
wear in the game.
That's why there is many relation between the training and the sports training, because two aspects
go of the hand, good quotes the book Training in the Soccer, publishing Augusto E. Battery Teleña.
That “The technical training of a player and its training are not interchangeable. One cannot
substitute other, they complement both”.
To train: It is all this sum of actions that it provokes that the organism adapts himself to a progress
in general or specific movement skill. Oh some authors who define to the sports training focusing in
the time and the charges, Hollmann says that “It Is a sum of stimuli in a certain time space, realized
in order to increase the yield and that they drive to modifications or functional and morphologic
adaptations of the organism”.
So that we understand better this, when we want to obtain better results in the soccer we choose for
essentials that help us to establish a technical and tactical base. We continue procedures to look for
ideal results in the scoreboard. We have another very important aspect to take into consideration
that it is the Training, I do not discuss that the individual skill is essential as the tactics in team are a
base for the defensive and offensive, but speaking about sports yield we must take into
consideration the aspect of the Training as one of the factors that influence the result. In small
spaces of time of muscular activation, it is important.
Training: it is that sum of progressive exercises that they help to have to improve in the different
systems in the human body. For Grosser (1985) he says that it is “That exaggerated sum of the
different physical qualities for the yield and its achievement across the attributes of the personality.
Already knowing these two most important terms in the process of forming a team of soccer now
we will analyze that the preparation splits into two stages:
General training
Special training
General training: In this stage what is done is a work of general adaptation, if we work exercises,
it focuses in the whole body depending on the target, be alone to gain resistance, force and speed or
to increase the oxygen levels. The basic thing is obtained for the sport, this happens more if in the
team oh a new member, which works separately or perhaps the most important reason is that they
all go in this stage before beginning of the tournament.
That also in this stage do to themselves exercises or activities that are not of the proper sport that it
integrates.
Special training: In this stage it is the Advanced post, where it is supposed that the trainer
happened already for the adaptations stage and now he needs to focus in the slack characteristics of
the team at physical and tactical level of the soccer. Specific exercises of the soccer are realized be
already of coordination, skills in defense and in attack
To know more about this topic there is based a scientific base of what the human being has effects
with the training in its organism.
Changes and effects of the training:
Some of the effects of the training in the organism it is an increase in the oxygen load in the arterial
blood it is maximum and constant. The Consumption of Oxygen being more or less 3 times major
than the basal request and with the intense exercise it transforms 8 times major therefore the heart is
overloaded and throws in the blood stream more blood to satisfy the needs for the organs,
hypertrophy in the cardiac muscle.
Also one of the most notable benefits is the decrease of the cardiac rhythm in rest and in the
exercise it can increase the blood mobilized in every beat, increase of the cardiac volume, the
capillaries quantity increases in the body, hypertrophy of the muscular mass, the liver reaches a
better capacity of destruction of the products of waste of the metabolism (lactic acid and pirúvico).
The muscle becomes more sensitive to the blood flow. This is some of the general benefits of the
training, any time it takes in a progressive way and to obtain the wished target it depends of:
The training quantity
The quality of the training
Endogenous factors: constitution. Age, sex.
Exogenous factors: Feeding, Climate, time, season and social environment.
What is the ideal Training? The yield is the final product of the interaction of numerous factors
that form the “System competition”. The authentic problem that we are at the time of analyzing the
yield in the competition, it takes root in the knowledge of the complex system of interactions that
are established between the different factors. There are very frequent in the world of the training
tendencies that relate the progress of these factors to the final yield, but not always it is easy to
establish the relations cause - effect.
How is it necessary to train? With regard to the organization of the training, what we have to try to
do is to promote preferably each of these three structures or capacities that we will see later in a
picture (coordinativa, conditional or cognitive), knowing that stimulating one of them we intervene
also on the others. This is the reason for which it does not serve like training system the exclusive
use of the “real game” although it is modified or reduced. At the time of constructing the training
situations we must bear in mind 3 fundamental aspects (Seiru - lo 1993rd, 1993b, 1994, 1998b). 1st
- Participation coordinativa that could be a support of the specific tasks of our sport (throwings,
jumps, dissimulations …). 2nd - to Manage the time of ideal work according to the chased targets
since it is what determines the energy expense (big, small, active, passive break, frequency, speed
of achievement …).
3rd - to Include categories and specific spatial situations of the playful environment of the specialty.
Bearing in mind all this, the conditions in which there are practised the tasks of the sports training
are those who determine the virtual efficacy of the stimuli proposed by the trainer in practice. The
changeable nature of the situations of game in the sports provokes that the effective player, is that
one that is capable of identifying in every task the modifications of the environment of competition
and of adapting its motive activity to the conditions to which he turns out to be submitted. This way
the modification of someone or some of the elements of the structure of the task of training it allows
the optimization differed from each of them (coordinativo, conditional or cognitive). With regard to
the means of training, which we define them as the set of exercises that the players realize in the
training. This way the training means are defined from the methodological variables that affect in
learnings and of the magnitudes of the charges that determine the movement and the energy
production. The orientation of the training towards the quality or towards the delay of the fatigue
allows the intervention of the trainer integrating both components of the charges. Verjoshanski, I.
(1990), defines the charges or training stimuli, as the “structured set (according to categories) of
means of training”. The structure of these exercises supposes the definition of contents, magnitudes
and the direction or character of the same ones. It defines three types of load to us.
External load: Quantitative measurement of the realized work.
Load interns: It is the biological aspect of the realized work.
Psychological load: It is the perception that there has the player of the work of the training.
What is it necessary to train? Attending on everything mentioned till now in this document, we
think that the methodological proposal must answer to the following thing:
To analyze and to annotate, in its most habitual limits, the conducts that take place in a
“unit of competition” of every sport.
To categorize the conditional declarations that allow to maintain the production of rapid
energy of every unit of competition.
To determine the habitual margins of the number of “units“ that compose a competition.
It is important to be sure that every sport will have to specify the concrete characteristics of every
implied conditional declaration, but it is not difficult to deduce that, in general. The conditional
declarations related to the basic units of competition are:
o Speed of reaction (discriminativa or selective / global or it would segment).
o Capacity of acceleration (changes of rhythm, direction, of major or less distance).
o Maximum speed (in sports with displacements of more than 40 meters).
o Explosive explosive and flexible force with different load magnitudes.
o Resistance of short duration before intermittent efforts (in sports or specific
functions with relation activity - break de1-1 up to 1-5/8).
o
The conditional declarations related to the re syntheses of rapid energy are:
o Resistance at the reaction speed.
o Resistance to the acceleration.
o Resistance at the speed.
o Resistance by force rapid or explosive.
o Resistance of average and long duration before intermittent efforts.
These resistance declarations must maintain of repeated form the general structure of the units of
competition. Of course it is so important to have a good “energy reservation” like being able to
"manage" the concrete needs for every moment.
Fundamentally the training must be based on these two principles: that of the Totality and that of
the adaptation.
Totality: The beginning of the totality is based on the physiological characters and on the
interaction of all the organs to develop and to improve the volitional qualities. To obtain a high
performance in any sport a good condition of the organs is necessary.
The training helps to the securing of the yield and it is not opposed to the securing of the technical
training that looks for the same end.
The training is not opposed to the sports specialization for the following motives:
- any sport needs of very developed and perfected motive qualities what is not achieved training
only with the exercises of technical assimilation.
- Doing the only work produces irremediably, a psychic weariness that exceeds the interest and the
motivation of the sportsman.
Adaptation: Schultz and arnodt (Germany) he says: "The living organism submitted to an exercise
of intensity adapts himself progressively to the same one up to supporting stimuli in the
physiological limits of its capacity. This surprising adaptability has been recognized in all time and
on her the modern sports training is based”.
- continuity: For the any training that is it is not anything that could be realized for a few weeks
taking seguidamente two or more of rest. The training has to have continuity for mese and per
years. The transformations fisio-anatomical, they are not achieved rapidly but it needs time.
- you load of Work: It is necessary to dose the finished work of the planning, because the qualities
develop in proportion to the demand of the exercise. This means that the exercises have to be
increasingly in muero and come to a point, of any more intensity or otherwise the qualities neither
will develop nor will improve. Bony that it is necessary to raise the stimulus depending on the
answer that the organism gives.
- recovery: It is not necessary to be excessive or too constant in the exercises, because it can to
disturb and even to harm the development of the qualities. This one can prevent with a rational
training from guaranteeing the recovery of the organism after every work meeting. This is what the
trainers make insert the work in the weekly cycle, to rotate the meetings of high, average and low
intensities. Because the weight training needs up to 72 hours to recover.
- quantity and Intensity: The rational work charges are increasing as they develop and it improves
the motive qualities, fundamentally of two ways: increasing gradually the volume and increase of
the intensity progressively. These are two factors that are necessary to take care at the moment of
putting it into practice.
Conclusions
- that the training is very important how in general to modify essential aspects in the sportsman, the
training is what is used to develop and to obtain the target that it is about to reach. Quite what is
realized owes to have a very ideal control not to let through any aspect that it could resist in the
sportsman.
- with regard to the sports training if it becomes suitable big results can be obtained, if it follows in
a progressive way and in the training cycles it is had complement care, a lot of motivation aspects
will be modified and they appear what it is necessary to train, it would be more aspects that the
trainer considers.
- the recovery is the regeneration process so much physically - psychological in the sportsman,
which is an important factor so that the yield keeps on increasing, in the stages of adaptation that is
