The circular itinerary has six main sections: Serra de Collserola Natural Park, Besòs River Park, Serralada de Marina Park, the Seafront, Montjuïc Mountain and the Llobregat River. www.rondaverda.cat Llobregat River Greenway A gentle and very pleasant itinerary that runs along the old Carrilet route – now adapted as a greenway – from the industrial colony of Cal Rosal to the spectacular Romanesque bridge of Pedret and the church of Sant Quirze. www.rutespirineus.cat Between birds and dunes: from Deltebre to La Punta del Fangar This is a signposted route of particular interest due to its biological diversity, especially in spring, as it allows visitors to discover the species of the Delta de l’Ebre Natural Park and the great wealth of this marshland area. It borders the Mollera d'Escalarre wetland, an area of great natural wealth within the Alt Pirineu Natural Park. A guided route that follows the same route as the popular La Portals cycling event, which is held in April and brings together thousands of cyclists of all ages. www.spinatura.com A brief and pleasant ride around the monastery of Santa Maria de Bellpuig de les Avellanes, dating back to the 12TH century.
