回首2018年，澳門特區迎來機遇與挑戰的一年，在全 球 政 治與 經 濟格局 仍存 在隱 憂下，澳門自身不斷努力發展，受 惠 於 港 珠 澳 大橋 開 通 與 旅遊業界多方共同努力，2018年澳門旅 遊業整 體表現理想，總入境旅客、留宿旅客以及酒店入住率等旅遊數據均錄得正增長。 2018年澳門的入境旅客人數按年上升9.8%，達3,580多萬人次。其中大中華市場有3,260多萬人次，升11%，港珠澳大橋自2018年10月24日開通後，經大橋入境的旅客錄得超過100萬人次，成為該段期間澳門的第二大 入境口岸。2018年全年留宿旅客達1,840多萬人次，創歷年新高，升7.2%，佔總訪澳旅客51.7%，並自2016年起連續三年多於不過夜旅客。此外，2018年全年酒店場所入住率更錄得超過九成。綜合各項旅遊表現狀況，反映澳門旅遊資 源 越 趨 吸 引，訪 澳 旅 客 更 願 意 延 長 留 澳時 間。

Looking back on 2018, it was a year of opportunities and challenges for the Macao SAR. Whilst global politics and economic patterns remained uncertain, the territory strived to pursue its own development, through the inauguration of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and concerted efforts among different tourism sectors, the Macao tourism industry demonstrated an overall fair performance in 2018. Figures from total visitor arrivals, overnight-stay visitors as well as hotel occupancy rate, all recorded positive evolutions. Total visitor arrivals grew by 9.8% to exceed 35.8 million in 2018, among which over 32.6 million visitors came from the Greater China markets, representing a rise of 11%. Since the opening of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge on 24th of October 2018, more than 1 million visitors entered Macao via the Bridge, making this port of entry welcoming the second largest number of visitors to Macao during the period. Overnight-stay visitors climbed by 7.2% to new record high of 18.4 million, accounting for 51.7% of total visitor arrivals and exceeding same-day visitor arrivals for three years in a row since 2016. Moreover, the overall hotel occupancy rate has recorded over 90% in 2018. The general performance of tourism indicators reflected the increasing attractiveness of Macao’s tourism resources, contributing to extending visitors’ stay in the territory.

2018年，旅遊局積極推進各項重點工作。《澳門旅遊業發展總體規劃》自公佈後，已展開及跟進67個短期行動計劃的相關工作。同時，亦積極落實智慧旅遊發展的相關工作。而為配合澳門被評定為聯合國教科文組織“創意城市美食之都”，旅遊局啟動“2018澳門美食年”計劃，把美食元素注入各主要客源市場的推廣項目，加強了澳門美食的推廣和認知，並積極參與聯合國教科文組織創意城市網絡的工作。另外，旅遊局亦持續舉辦及協辦各項節慶盛事，當中包括“華麗盛宴旺財年狗年花車巡遊匯演”、“第六屆澳門國際旅遊

（產業）博覽會”、“第三屆澳門國際影展暨頒獎典禮”、“2018澳門光影節”等，為居民和旅客提供更多休閒娛樂選擇。此外，供業界參與的亦有

“澳門國際美食論壇2018”及“星級旅遊服務認可計劃”頒 獎禮等，進一步將澳門構建成 為“盛事之都”。

展望將來，聯合國世界旅遊組織預測2019年全球國際旅客將錄得3%至4%的增幅，而亞太地區亦預計增長5%至6%，我們對本澳旅遊業前景保持著正面樂觀。旅遊局將發揮澳門獨特資源優勢，積極參與“一帶一路”及粵港澳大灣區旅遊建設，促進澳門構建成“世界旅遊休閒中心”。

Throughout 2018, MGTO has actively promoted various key tasks. Since the announcement of the “Macao Tourism Industry Development Master Plan”, 67 short-term action plans have commenced. Meanwhile, tasks related to the development of smart tourism have also been actively implemented. To act in concert with the designation of Macao as a “UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy”, MGTO activated the “2018 Macao Year of Gastronomy” Plan, in order to draw awareness and promote Macao’s gastronomic culture and integrate elements of gourmet food into different types of promotions in major source markets, and continued to actively participate in tasks in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network. Furthermore, MGTO continued to host and co-organize various festivities and events, among the events were the “Parade for Celebration of the Year of the Dog”, the “6th Macao International Travel (Industry) Expo”, the “3rd International Film Festival & Awards‧Macao (IFFAM)”, the “Macao Light Festival 2018” etc., providing more entertainment options for residents and visitors. In addition, events held for the industry included the “International Gastronomy Forum, Macao 2018” and “Quality Tourism Services Accreditation Scheme” Awards, further enhancing Macao’s status as a “city of events”.

Looking ahead, the UNWTO forecasted worldwide international tourist arrival growth of 3 to 4 percent in 2019, while the Asia Pacific region would see a growth of 5 to 6 percent. We maintain positive optimism on Macao’s tourism outlook. MGTO will maximize the unique resource advantages of Macao, actively participate in the strategy of the “Belt and Road initiative” as well as the “Greater Bay Area” tourism development, promoting the construction of Macao as a “World Centre of Tourism and Leisure”.
