EPC PROJECTS• CLIENT – Gallaher JTI

• PROJECT – Phased development and expansion of cigarette production, warehouse facilitiesand supporting infrastructure (1997 – 2008)

• BASE AREA – All facilities 16,000sq m, site 5.5 ha

• VALUE – 40m USD

• SCOPE OF WORK – Multi-discipline EPC contractor for all phases.. Consisted of newproduction area adjoining offices and canteen. Phase 2 consisted of warehouses, offices andworkshop laboratories. Phase 3 entailed production/warehousing and loading bays 3,000sq m.

• MAN HOURS – 780,000

• TIME SCHEDULE – 2 years

• ACHIEVEMENTS – International best in group for maintenance cost considered the highestquality facility within the JTI Gallaher group. EPC on sophisticated close temperature controlplus-minus 1 degree Celsius. Close humidity control plus-minus 2 % as per client briefrequirements.

• PROJECT – Saltanat World Hotel Almaty

• BASE AREA – 5,000 m2 fit-out

• VALUE - 10m USD

• SCOPE OF WORK – Complete fit-out of hotel POD’s as per client detailed requirements EPC oncomplete mechanical ,electrical and plumbing scope and integrated this with hotel fit-out. By havingour MEP and fit –out management structure in place, regular interfacing resulted in a fast efficientproject execution.
