STATEMENT OF PERSONAL LEARNING GOALS.

What are your reasons for studying at “Carrera de Idiomas”?

Put in consideration that English is one of the languages most

spoken in the world, my reasons are many, for example, I believe

that languages can help me get a job more easily, because

knowing another language is very important in the business

world, and I also think I can travel to another county to specialize

in my career and thus you could see new places and learn more

things.

What are your own goals for this subject/syllabus?

In this syllabus my own goal is to learn new vocabulary in order

to expand my knowledge and to know how to …. words that

hinder me in order to put them into practice in discussions

including me in class and to answer the questions that are asked in

English, an the finally is learned songs in English.

How will you achieve your goals?

I think for my goals I should be consistency and perseverance in

what I do, because the goals are not conducted in the overnight

and persistence is what I need most right now because down the

road always looks light and this light will I have fulfilled all my

goals set.

What will you do every day or week to reach these goals?

As I mentioned in the previous paragraph constancy be one of the

steps to reach my goals will study new vocabulary every day, I

FINAL REFLECTION

I think that the most important thing I learned in this Audio syllabus

is the new vocabulary because I don’t know many words and thanks

to the audios given by the teacher to know much of the vocabulary

that is needed in the first level one of the very important things that

I've managed to learn the correct pronunciation of the words and we

can also develop our senses to hear the audio presented by the

teacher.

The learning skills are many, one of these are the adverbs of

frequency: We use some adverbs to describe how frequently we do

an activity. Other thing learned is about the cultures we could learn

about different customs that exist in each country and the different

expressions they use. And locations with these can give an address;

they are helpful for each student

One of the strategies that have helped me to achieve my learning is

to translate the words I do not understand and repeat at least 10

times so they can stay engraved in my head and so I do not forget

the new words. Another strategy is to read short texts aloud to

improve the pronunciation.
