1 INTRODUCCIÓN

La Empresa de Energía de Bogotá, en adelante EEB, mediante el contrato CT-100564 adjudicó a CONSULTORES UNIDOS S.A., en adelante CUSA, el contrato para el desarrollo del diseño detallado del tramo aéreo de la línea de transmisión Cartagena-Bolívar circuito sencillo a 220 kV, incluida dentro de la Convocatoria UPME 05-2012.

De acuerdo con lo establecido en los Documentos de Selección de la UPME y en particular con el Anexo No. 1 “Descripción del Proyecto”, la línea de transmisión deberá ser nueva y cumplir con las siguientes características:

Tipo de línea: aérea con torres auto-soportadas y/o postes y/o estructuras compactas, y/o parcialmente subterránea.

Estructuras de soporte y cantidad de circuitos: estructuras de configuración triangular, circuito sencillo.

Longitud de la línea. Total de aproximadamente 22 km; para el tramo aéreo según la solicitud de ofertas de la EEB se estimó en 18 km. La longitud final del diseño para el tramo aéreo resultó en 15,77 km.

2 OBJETO Y ALCANCE DEL DOCUMENTO

El presente documento tiene como objeto presentar las Tablas de Tendido del conductor de fase AAAC 600 kcmil de la línea Cartagena – Bolívar a 220 kV, las cuales fueron generadas mediante el programa de diseño de líneas de transmisión PLS-CADD. Las características del conductor de fase AAAC 600 kcmil están consignadas en el documento “EEB-U512-CT100564-L123-DIS7000 DISEÑO ELECTRICO”. Las Tablas de Tendido incluyen los vanos componentes de cada sección entre estructuras de retención, los cambios de elevación, la diferencia de cota de los puntos más bajos de cada vano, la tensión y flecha en poleas, los corrimientos (offsets) para fijar las grapas en poleas y garantizar la verticalidad de las cadenas de suspensión y la magnitud de la flecha y su corrección.

Las Tablas fueron generadas en condiciones iniciales del cable (antes del desarrollo del creep o de la ocurrencia de la carga máxima de la línea) para temperaturas de tendido que van desde la temperatura mínima absoluta de 15°C hasta la temperatura máxima ambiente de 40° C de acuerdo con la información meteorológica consignada en el documento “EEB-U512-CT100564-L123-DIS1000 PARAMETROS METEORO-LOGICOS”

3 NORMAS, CÓDIGOS Y REGLAMENTOS APLICABLES

En general, para los diseños y para las especificaciones de materiales y equipos se siguió la normatividad colombiana obligatoria; sin embargo, en aquellos aspectos no cubiertos por tales normas se utilizaron normas o recomendaciones internacional y nacionalmente conocidas.

Específicamente se tuvieron en cuenta las siguientes regulaciones, en cuanto ellas aplican a líneas de transmisión:

RETIE Reglamento Técnico de Instalaciones Eléctricas, Resoluciones No. 9 0708 de 30 de agosto 2013, 9 0907 de 25 de octubre 2013 y 9 0795 de julio 25 de 2014 del Ministerio de Minas y Energía, en particular la parte específica del RETIE aplicable será la de transmisión (Capítulo V), por tratarse de una línea de 230kV

CREG Código de Redes, Resolución GREG 025 de 1995 y específicamente el Anexo CC 1 del Código de Conexión, Resolución CREG 098 de 2000.

4 DESCRIPCION GENERAL DE LA LÍNEA

De acuerdo con lo establecido en el Anexo No. 1 “Descripción del Proyecto” de los Documentos de Selección de la UPME, la línea de transmisión será de circuito sencillo a 220 kV de aproximadamente 21 km, desde la subestación Bolívar hasta la subestación Cartagena.

De acuerdo con la ruta finalmente definida en oficina y corroborada en campo tal como se muestra en la Figura No. 1, la línea se inicia en la S/E Bolívar que se ubica cerca de una de las vías principales (Santa Rosa), luego se extiende en dirección sur pasando por los municipios de Santa rosa y Turbaco, hasta conectar con la línea subterránea por medio de una estructura de transición en las afueras de Cartagena. El tramo aéreo resultante luego del diseño de la línea tiene una longitud de aproximadamente 15,77 km.
