Most personnel have experience of working in UK for atleast 5 years, so we know the expectations from our customers on quality and on-time delivery.

We can source precision machined components of most materials from Stainless steel (all grades), aluminium alloys, plastics, nickel alloys to more hard materials like Inconel, titanium etc.

All of our approved suppliers are atleast ISO9001 accredited. We have AS9100 accredited suppliers for aerospace components, TS16949 for automobile.

We do an intense quality audit to UK standards (points based) before they are registered in our system as ‘Approved’ suppliers.

Sub-suppliers for anodising, bead blasting etc are audited as well.

We can source most of your sheet metal and fabrication enquiries using our approved experienced vendors.

All of our manufacturers cater to low and high volumes as required with in-house tool room.

Zastata ensures periodic checks to tools so the quality of part is not compromised.

We have approved sub-suppliers for secondary operations like Tuffride, powder coating, ED coating etc.

Most of our manufacturers have state of the art CNC turning and machining centres to compliment the infrastructure along with all required quality inspection tools.

We have suppliers who can cater to various industries and volumes and has right certifications to manufacture the product (ISO14001, TS16949, OHSAS 18001, IRIS for railways and AS9100 Rev C for Aerospace industry)

We also work with renowned transformers and cable assemblies manufacturer who can produce quality part with on-time deliveries. Most manufacturers have ISO9001, ISO13485, UL and AS9100 Rev C certifications if required.

Moulding

We can cater to complex injection moulded part to assemblies all under one roof for medical, automotive, electronics and industrial markets.

With capacities from 55T to 650T and capabilities like Insert moulding, over moulding, digital metal printing and 2/3 shot injection moulding with clean room facilities are Norm with manufacturers we work with.

With most employees working practices Six sigma, 5S and lean manufacturing, we can guarantee a quality product with best price.
