1.-Explique detalladamente sobre la lubricacin en las transmisiones por

cadena

Estimados Roberto, Marco

Adjunto el cronograma de capacitacin que efectuarn los Tcnicos de Lonking, el cualempieza este Martes 30 de Noviembre.

Como pueden apreciar, cada fecha se repite al da siguiente, es decir, los que nopueden asistir un da, lo pueden hacer al siguiente.

Agradecer informar a los tcnicos para su asistencia a la referida capacitacin, 50%del personal en cada fecha.

Hello Dannis,

Now I'm in ZhengZhou, so I need you put in contact with Mr Roberto and Mr Javier by e-mail (Copied in this e-mail) for confirm when Carlos and Mingbing can start the trainingin Sinomaq Wokshop.

I recomend 3 groups at week, 2 groups of technicians because there are a lot oftechnicians and in our training room we don't have much area, and other group ofSales Area:

Thuesday 8 to 10 a.m. (1st part of technicians)Wednesday 8 to 10 a.m. (2nd part of technicians)

Thursday 8 to 10 a.m. (Sales area)

I know that have a lot information about machines so I recomend for make a order inthe training the following:

- For the 2 groups of technicians start with 1 machine by day, for example next weekNov 23th and Nov 24th talk about wheel loaders (technical caracteristics, maintenance,performance, operation, etc.). Then next week continuos with roller, then withmotorgrader and finish it with excavator.

- For the Sale Area group only we need information about technical caracteristics andknowlegde about the Lonking company, products, data about components, etc. Thiskind information is very important for our salers. Maybe is enought with 1 day, or

maybe 2 days if there are 2 groups, Mr Javier is responsable of organize these groupswith Mr Roberto.

How are you? I hope Fine. Dannis do you remember that we had requested a trainingfor our technician here in Sinomaqs Workshop?

We need do it soon as possible, we know that Carlos and Mingbing maybe will comeback in December to China and this Training is very important for us before that theywill go to travel.

Can you send the information about this training to Mr Carlos and Mr Mingbing andconfirm to us when we can start the training with our technician? For language dontworry, we have contacted an interpreter for this training for translation.
