With Cisa family's and each employee's labour and endearment, under favourable conditions of European, Middle East, African and Asian coutries' product standards, the gladness of producing European quality armatures helps us to produce better products and to get into new markets. More than 29 years, we produce armatures liking our work and now we have justified pride of being one of the companies that make home production in our sector. This is the best evidence of keeping up quality as Cisa.

We make the design of armatures that we produce and the patterns that are the first step of production on our workbenchs with our high technology perfectly. Our armatures which are shaped with moulding method are nearly untouched by human hands, all of them are processed and arranged on automatic line of products. The accessories and sections that are complementary in half of consisted armature bodies are also produced within our constitution processing by brass rod and raw material. By this way, all sections of armatures that will be brought into use are produced in our factory favourably. The produced armature bodies and sections are combined meticulously and they are subjected to though tests. The products that are ready to packaging are packaged precisely with environmental friendly, recyclable packages.

Being one of outstanding companies of this sector in home market, Cisa make its 50 per cent of all production to foreign market by the end of 2012. With its manner of rule, product quality and its consumer oriented service concept Cisa is growing rapidly and it maintains the breakthrough not only in Turkey but also in foreign market. Maintaining the breakthrough, it enhanced its quality transporting its production facility to 8000 square meter enclosed and 4000 square meter open factories in Düzce in 2015.

Cisa Faucet is designing the faucets that producing in its own factory.And perfectly producing the molds that it is first step for production in latest technology production machinery.

CASTING

Ingot brass (Cu58Zn40Pb2/copper-zinc alloy)raw material made ready to casting after heated and melted in 1000 C and above temperature in electrical casting furnage.

CASTING

Soluble brass raw material is casted in to mold of automatic casting machinery and given soluble brass raw material given a form as mixer and faucet.

MIXER PROCESSING

Items that completed of the casting and passed the checks to continue to the production of items are made necessary screwing and other process in transfer machinery and cnc machinery

Beside mixer bodies

complementary accessories and components are produced from brass rods raw materials by Cisa Faucet,Its own factory.

In according with TS 12164 standards and different sized brass rods are heated and pressed stamping into mold and taked the shape of the mold.Thus brass rods are made a view of to ready for processing.

Polishing and chrome plating process completed items are checked one by one with eye control in order to become ready for assembly.And sent to the assembly area.

are *Taiwan made in our factory. Cartridges are made in Taiwan. Flex hoses are from another factory in Turkey.

* Taiwan Hain-Yo branded cartridges have 10 years quaranty, durable to 500.000 opening-closing and 25 bar pressure.

* Flex hoses are due EN 13618 standards and passing succesful in tests of standard

%100 WATER IMPERMEABILTY TEST

The assembled products are been subjected to water impermeability test and made ready to packaging as 100 % reliable products.Used materials tested by challenging life tests.No risk can not be left to chance.

MARKING-PACKAGING

Successfully passed items in phase of assembly and test are marked by laser and packaged after visual inspection. And made ready for shipment.

PRODUCT FEATURES Water-saving aerators are used in Cisa products.

Products are durable up to 25 bar pressure and each product are tested upto 22 bar pressure in our factory.

Hain-Yo (Taiwan) cartridges are used in our product.Have health certificates. and have 10 years quaranty.

All of our chrome plated mixers/faucets have TSE certificate. and have 6 years quaranty in case of production related defects

Cisa products are made by 100 % Brass,Brass contain 58 % copper 40 % zinc. This ratio is in accordance with world standards. Water connection hoses are steel and durable to 25 bar pressure

All of our products are of Turkish origin and produced in our factory in Duzce-Turkey.

Cisa products quality is certificate by TSE.
