¡Felices Fiestas!

Estimados clientes,

Bienvenidos a las Navidades de nuestro Hotel. La Dirección y el equipo humano de IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts nos senti-mos muy afortunados de que nos hayáis elegido para disfru-tar de estas fiestas tan entrañables.

Queremos agradecer de forma especial la fidelidad de nues-tros clientes repetidores, pues retribuye enormemente en nuestro desempeño y nos aporta ilusión para seguir mejoran-do. Deseamos que disfrutéis intensamente de todos los servi-cios que nuestro hotel ofrece: jardines y piscinas, restauran-tes y bares, zonas deportivas, espectáculos y actividades de animación; pero, sobre todo, deseamos que tengáis unas muy felices vacaciones.

Para los más pequeños, Minis, Maxis y Teens, hemos diseñado con mucho cariño un programa de actividades lleno de emo-ciones, ilusiones, magia y fantasía. Starky y Stella junto con sus amigos lo tienen todo preparado para que éstas sean sus mejores fiestas navideñas.

En las páginas siguientes encontraréis el programa especial de Navidad en el que detallamos las actividades que tendrán lugar durante estas mágicas fechas.

Esperamos que disfrutéis y os divirtáis con esta programa-ción que hemos preparado con nuestra mayor ilusión.

Dear guests,

Welcome to the Christmas holidays at IBEROSTAR Hotels & Re-sorts. The Management and staff of the hotel feel very fortunate that you have chosen us to enjoy these wonderful celebrations.

We want to show our gratitude to our repeat customers in a special way, as it makes all our effort worthwhile and fills us with eagerness to keep improving. We want you to enjoy all of the services that our hotel offers to the full: gardens and pools, res-taurants and bars, sports areas,shows and entertainment activity; but, above all, we want you to have some very happy holidays.

For the smallest members of the family, Minis, Maxis and Teens, we have carefully designed an activiy programme full of thrills, excitement, magic and fantasy. Starky and Stella, together with their friends, have everything prepared to give you your best ever Christmas holidays.

In the following pages you will find the Special Christmas Pro-gramme in which we detail the activities that will take place over this magical time of year.

We hope that you thoroughly enjoy this programme that we have prepared with great enthusiasm.

10:30 Starky y Stella dan la bienvenida a todos los niños. Estamos cerca del comienzo de la Navidad, vamos a decorar el Miniclub con adornos Starky and Stella will be here to give all the children a great welcome. Christmas is coming, so we will be putting up the decorations in the Miniclub.

Durante el servicio de cena los niños que lo deseen se podrán convertir en una mariposa, un tigre, o quizás … un minion con el pinta caras During dinner, our face painter will be on hand to turn the children into butterflies, tigers or perhaps even a minion.

Durante el día habrá la posibilidad de buscar el tesoro del gran Pirata Pargo, pero necesitarás el móvil para ayudarte en la búsqueda … Throughout the day, you will be able to join the Grand Pirate Pargo treasure hunt, but you’ll need a mobile phone to help you in your search…

15:00 Plantamos con todos los niños un árbol especial, con un mensaje sobre la importancia de seguir plantando árboles en nuestro mundo. We will be planting a special tree with all the children, sending out a message loud and clear about the importance of continuing to plant trees in our world.

Por la noche los niños serán los protagonistas del espectáculo infantil… This evening the children will be the stars of a show created especially for them…
