Los centros de remachado radialAGME mejoran la productividad yflexibilidad de los actualessistemas de remachado. Suutilización permite el remachadode cualquier configuracióngeométrica que presente laubicación de los remaches, sinmás que introducir una secuenciade proceso de remachado.El ágil sistema conversacional dediálogo hombre/máquina es muyútil para la programación de lamáquina sin conocimientosespecíficos. Cualquier progra-mador se familiarizará rápida-mente con la programación deeste CNC.Entre todos los modelosexistentes con dos o tres ejesservocontrolados encontrará lamejor solución que permitaflexibilizar el proceso deremachado en sustitución de lasactuales líneas en cadena,caracterizadas por su rigidez antelos cambios en la producción.

FLEXIBLE RIVETING UNITS

AGME radial riveting units improvethe productivity and flexibility ofcurrent riveting systems. Theyenable even the most difficultcomponent to be riveted in oneoperation regardless of the numberof riveting positions just introducingthe sequence of the rivetingprocess.The CNC controller is reliable, fastand easy to use and anyprogrammer/operator can veryquickly learn to operate this system. Two or three servocontrolled axismachines are available on allmodels in order to offer the mostflexible solution to our customers asthey change from their moretraditional methods of production.

Als Ersatz von konventione-llen Fertigungsmethoden, die sichdurch aufwändige Rüstvorgängekennzeichnen.
