C SC DES MISSION TRE SURY SERVICE name discontinued
The Presbytery of the Cascades remittance name of CASCADES MISSION
TREASURY SERVICE is no longer a valid remittance payee name for check ac-ceptance. The CASCADES MISSION TREASURY SERVICE name has been dis-
continued for some time. Since the Presbytery of the Cascades bank accounts are
listed under the full presbytery name, the bank will no longer recognize the CAS-
CADES MISSION TREASURY SERVICE as an alternate business name when in-
cluded in bank deposits.
Effective immediately, please discontinue sending remittance checks to the pres-
bytery office with the name of CASCADES MISSION TREASURY SERVICE as
the payee. Please change your records to remit checks issued for per capita, Pres-
bytery Partnership Giving, or any mission projects of GA, Synod, or Presbytery
only with the Presbytery of the Cascades as payee.
