Es absolutamente necesario para la correcta impermeabilización del tejado mediante bandas Multiuso (PREMIUM y Alu), y garantizar un sellado perfecto y un acabado estético. Se instala mediante tornillos sobre el paramento vertical, sellando a continuación la línea superior con masilla flexible de alta calidad, para impedir el acceso del agua.

LIGHTINGILUMINACIÓN

Condiciones de venta1. La Tarifa de Precios se entiende para material situado franco fábrica.

2. El descuento por PRONTO PAGO sobre el precio de fábrica, será de un 3%, mediante giro domiciliado vencimiento 15 días fecha factura.

3. En las facturas se incluirá el I.V.A. vigente.

4. Las dimensiones, espesores y pesos de los materiales son aproximados.

5. Los plazos de entrega facilitados a los compradores tienen carácter orientativo.

6. El uso de nuestros materiales para fines distintos a los que fueran fabricados, eximirá de cualquier tipo de responsabilidad.

7. En los casos en los que Tejas Borja realice el transporte, se ha de entender que el material se sitúa sobre el camión hasta la obra o el almacén

donde el mismo pueda llegar y maniobrar. El transporte, descarga y acarreos son por cuenta del comprador.

8. Las garantías serán las que extrictamente conceda el fabricante del producto en cuestión y causarán efecto sólo en los casos en los que la

puesta en obra se haya hecho conforme a las indicaciones del fabricante y a la normativa vigente.

9. Cualquier reclamación, sea cual fuere su naturaleza, deberá plantearse dentro de los 15 días siguientes a la entrega del material.

10. El pago de los materiales se entenderá al contado, salvo que se conceda crédito.

11. El incumplimiento de pago llevará implícito que el comprador adeude además del importe nominal, aquellos gastos e intereses bancarios

devengados que se originen por dicho incumplimiento, no quedando satisfecha la deuda hasta no cubrir el importe total resultante.

12. Esta tarifa anula las anteriores a partir de la fecha de su entrada en vigor.

13. El comprador, por el hecho de formalizar su pedido, acepta las Condiciones de venta aquí expuestas.

14. Los precios son válidos durante el periodo vigente de la tarifa salvo error tipográfico o de transcripción.

15. Tejas Borja S.A.U. se reserva el derecho de cambiar sin previo aviso las características dimensionales, peso y unidades por palé.

MUY IMPORTANTE:

1. El material debe ser revisado en el momento de la descarga.

2. No se admitirán devoluciones de materiales que no hayan sido previamente autorizadas por escrito. Serán por cuenta del comprador los gastos que ocasionen la retirada y el traslado a nuestra fábrica, así como la depreciación de la mercancía.

7. When Tejas Borja arranges the transportation of the goods, the goods will be loaded in the truck or container, and will be transported from

our facilities to the site or the warehouse. The unloading and/or handling of the goods at the reception point will be the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Warranties will only apply if the goods have been handled and installed according with manufacturer’s instructions and current standard

regulations.

9. Any claim, of any nature, should be reported within the following 15 days after reception of the goods.

10. The payment of the goods will be (cash down) in advance unless credit had been granted by the seller.

11. Not attending a payment, or any infringement in the payment conditions, or not attending the full payment of an invoice will result in the sum

to the debt of the costs and/or interests caused by the mentioned infringement.

12. This price list is in lieu of any other prior price list.

13. The buyer, at the time of placing and signing the order, accepts all terms and sales conditions included in this price list. A copy of the order

document, signed by the buyer, must be received at TEJAS BORJA in order to consider the purchase order valid.

14. Price in this price list are valid unless transcription or typing error.
