Poštovani sportski prijatelji,Nakon razočaravajućeg

nastupa našeg tima na počet-ku jesenjeg kruga kvalifikacija za EURO 2020, dočekujemo selekciju Finske, koja nam je pokazala, da se bez borbenosti i zalaganja svakog pojedinca teško dolazi do pobjeda.

Naša reprezentacija, bez sumnje, posjeduje igrački kvalitet, koji na žalost u dosadašnjim utakmicama i nije toli-ko nadmoćno dolazio do izražaja. Neočeki-vani porazi su nas ozbiljno uzdrmali i udaljili od cilja da se kroz ove kvalifikacije direktno plasiramo na EURO.

Nadamo se da su nas ovi porazi ne-čemu naučili, te da će naši igrači iskoristiti duel sa Finskom kako bi povratili poljuljano povjerenje javnosti i revanširali se za poraz u Tampereu.

Koristim priliku da pozdravim i zaželim toplu dobrodošlicu igračima i rukovodstvu reprezentacije Finske, službenim predstav-nicima UEFA-e kao i navijačima oba tima.

Pozivam sve ljubitelje nogometa, da dođu na stadion „Bilino polje“ u Zenici 12. 10. 2019. i pruže podršku našim igračima te da sportski i fer pozdrave selekciju Fin-ske.

formance of our team at the beginning of the autumn quali-fication round for EURO 2020, we welcome the national team of Finland, which showed us that without struggle and com-mitment of each individual, it is difficult to win.

Our national team undoubtedly possesses a quality of play, which unfortunately has not been so prominently displayed in matches so far. Unexpected defeats have seriously shak-en us away from the goal of directly qualifying for the EURO through these qualifications.

We hope that these defeats have taught us something, and that our players will use a duel with Finland to restore a shaken confi-dence of public and to revenge for their defeat in Tampere.

I take the opportunity to greet and wel-come the players and leadership of the Finn-ish national team, UEFA match officials as well as fans of both teams.

I invite all football fans to come to the Bili-no Polje Stadium in Zenica on 12.10.2019 and to support our players and to congratulate the Finnish national team in sports and fair spirit.

I believe that the full stands and the al-ready familiar ambience at the Zenica Stadi-um will be an additional motive for BH players to show the fighting spirit, dedication, virtuos-ity they possess and, in the end, make us all happy.

”U dobroj smo poziciji pred oktobarske kvalifik-acione utakmice. Nara-vno da će i Bosna i Her-cegovina i Armenija biti

veliki izazovi, ali trenutno mislimo samo na meč u Zenici.Poznat nam je kvalitet bosanskohercegovačkog tima. Ima-ju vrlo impresivan učinak kod kuće od ranije. Iako je gostu-jući meč protiv Italije možda bio i najteži, gostovanje u Bos-ni i Hercegovini se može smatrati takođe veoma teškim.Vjerovatno će nas u Zenici čekati vruća atmosfera, ali mislim da možemo biti sigurni u sebe. U junu smo na našem terenu odigrali smo dobru utakmicu protiv Bosne i Hercegovine i želimo da ponovimo taj nastup.Nije bilo puno promjena u sastavu, što je pozitivna stvar. Ovi igrači su pokazali svoj kvalitet, a nemamo ni povreda. Nadam se da će tako ostati i dalje.Novo ime u timu je Joel Pohjanpalo koji se vraća nakon dužeg odsustva zbog povrede. Još ljetos je izgledao dobro, a sad je u potpunosti spreman. Naravno, nedo-staje mu utakmica i vjerovatno još nema snage za svih 90 minuta. Međutim, on je definitivno naša joker karta.”

”We are in a good position when heading for the October qualifying matches. Of course both Bos-nia-Hertzegovina and Armenia will be tough chal-lenges, but at the moment we think only about our trip to Zenica which is ahead first.We all know the quality of the Bosnian team. The have a very impressive record at home and before-hand while maybe the away match against Italy was the most difficult one, the away match in Bosnia could be considered as almost as difficult.There will probably be a very heated atmosphere waiting for us in Zenica, but I think we can be con-fident. At home in June we played a good match against Bosnia-Herzegovina and are fully focused on repeating that performance.There has not been many changes in the squad, which is a positive matter. These players have shown their level and wedo not have any major injuries in the squad. Hopefully it will also remain that way.One new name in the squad is Joel Pohjanpalo whom we are glad to welcome back after a long abcense because of injuries. He looked fine al-ready in summer, but suffered a small setback. Now everything is ok and he is fully fit. Of course he still lacks match experience and probably does not have full 90 minutes in him yet. But he is joker card for us definitely.”

Nogometni/Fudbalski savez Bosne i Her-cegovine i ove godine učestvuje u obi-lježavanju Svjetskog dana srca, najveće međunarodne manifestacije koja podiže svijest o kardiovaskularnim bolestima.Svjetski dan srca održava se u organiza-ciji Svjetske federacije srca i uz podršku UEFA-e s ciljem promovisanja zdravih na-vika i očuvanja srčanog zdravlja. Kardio-vaskularne bolesti odgovorne su za goto-vo 50% svih smrti od nezaraznih bolesti, te su vodeći uzrok smrti u svijetu. Srčane bolesti uzrokoju gotovo 18 miliona preura-njenih smrti svake godine. Osim smrtnih posljedica, hronične bolesti srca također uzrokuju i poteškoće u svakodnevnom ži-votu za milione ljudi koji od njih boluju.Mnoge srčane bolesti mogu se uspješno

liječiti kroz promjene u svakodnevnim na-vikama, a Svjetska organizacija srca 29. septembar koristi kao priliku za podsje-ćanje javnosti na važnost zdravih navika. Ovogodišnji Svjetski dan srca obilježava se pod krilaticom “Budi srčani heroj” (Be a Heart Hero), a brojne fudbalske/nogomet-ne organizacije u sklopu ove manifestacije pozivaju navijače da u svoj život uključe zdrave navike poput:- Odabira i pripreme zdrave hrane za sebe

i svoju porodice- Poticanje mlađih članova porodice na

bavljenje sportom- Izbjegavanje alkohola i duhanskih proi-

zvodaAkciju su podržale seniorske i juniorske reprezentativke Bosne i Hercegovine.

The Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is also participating in com-memorating the World Heart Daythis year, the largest international event raising awareness of cardiovascular disease.The World Heart Day is organized by the World Federation of Hearts and with the support of UEFA with the aim of promot-ing healthy habits and preserving cardiac health. Cardiovascular disease is respon-sible for almost 50% of all non-communi-cable disease deaths and is the leading cause of death worldwide. Heart disease causes nearly 18 million premature deaths each year. In addition to the fatal conse-quences, chronic heart disease also caus-es problems in daily life for millions of peo-ple who suffer from them.

Many heart diseases can be successful-ly treated through changes in daily hab-its, and the World Heart Organization uses 29thSeptember as an opportunity to remind the public of the importance of healthy habits. This year’s World Heart Day is celebrated under the slogan“Be a Heart Hero”, and many football organiza-tions, within this event, are inviting fans to incorporate healthy habits such as:- Choosing and preparing healthy foods

for yourself and your family- Encouraging younger family members to

play sports- Avoiding alcohol and tobacco productsThe action was supported by the women’s senior and junior national teams of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
