The tubes are set up in a jig wich holds the frame together. The frame

traels along the production line and the joints are preheated to sae

time. ! gas torch is used to "eld the frame together !fter welding the frames and the front forks need cleaning in the grit

and cleans away the residue left behind by the welding process. !ll frames are checked to ensure that they are straight. #mall

it a tough nish The wheels are assembled by hand and they are indiidually tested in a

machine wich automatically tensi%ns each spoke to ensure that they are

perfectly straight The frames are machined so that other parts such as the handle bars

and the bottom bracket &pedals' can be attached. $eople operate the

machine tools but they need some training before they can use themachines safely and e(ciently

The bicycles are now ready for the shops where they will be iewed by

customers and agents. !gents will buy batches of bicycles for large

stores. )efore sending the bicycles to the shops, agents iew them and suggest

changes for the next batch. This helps the manufacturer improe the

Produccin Por Lotes De Bicicletas

Las ruedas se ensamblan a mano y se prueban individualmente

en una m&uina ue tensiona autom&ticamente cada una de

las rueda para ase!urarse de ue son perfectamente rectas

Los marcos se mecanizan para ue otras partes, tales como las

barras de la manija y el soporte inferior (pedales) se pueden

unir.al!unas personas pueden operar las m&uinas herramientas,

pero es necesario al!n tipo de formacin antes de ue puedan

utilizar las m&uinas de forma se!ura y eficiente

Las bicicletas est&n ya listos para las tiendas donde ser&n

vistos por los clientes y a!entes. Los a!entes van a comprar

lotes de bicicletas para las !randes tiendas.
