01 Introduccin

INTRODUCCIONEn la primera etapa del rabajo, se inicia con el desarrollo arquitectonico del edificio, el cualincluye planos en planta, corte, elevaciones y detalles. El trabajo contempla una vivienda unifamiliar de cuatro, pisos de 260.04m2 de rea, sobre un terreno rectangular.

Cuenta con 05 dormitorios, cocina, estudio , sala, comedor, terraza, tienda, lavanderia y bao.
