En estado gaseoso las partículas son independientes unas de otras, están separadas por enormes distancias con relación a su tamaño.
Las partículas de un gas se mueven con total libertad y tienden a ocupar todo el volumen del recipiente que los contiene.

Sus moléculas se mueven libremente y a azar ocupando todo el volumen a disposición.
Pueden comprimirse y expandirse. Baja densidad. Todos los gases se comportan de manera
