Antecedentes (1) La Seguridad Alimentaria: El Enfoque Existe inseguridad alimentaria cuando las personas carecen de acceso seguro a cantidades suficientes de alimentos sanos y nutritivos para el normal crecimiento y desarrollo y una vida sana y activa (SOFA 2008). El análisis se centrará en los cambios en la dimensión del acceso de la seguridad alimentaria por cambios en los ingresos derivados del incremento de precios de los alimentos.
