Supplemental List The Luminarias Committee began its work at the Librarian Summit in August 2006. The purpose was to develop a list of 20 excellent bilingual (Eng/Span) or Spanish language books that could be used by Dallas ISD librarians to reinforce pleasure reading for our bilingual students. In addition to the Luminarias Master List, the committee has compiled a Supplemental and Upper Elementary List of titles.
