Exposed to the world of branding while growing up in Italy through the family business of Advertising, Emiliano moved to New York City and entered the lavish and exciting world of publishing industry in the early ‘90’s.With over 20 years experience working as Creative Director in the fashion industry with magazines like: Star, Mirabella, Allure, Gear, Harper’s Bazaar, Glamour, Cosmo Girl, he has sharpened his creative eye while working with the fashion worlds leading creative professionals, including top fashion photographers, designers and renowned magazine editors. An expert in expressing creative ideas graphically, Emiliano finds it challenging and inspiring to formulate new design concepts consistent with a products brand identity which leave an indelible mark, consistent through various forms of media.As printed publications moved onto a digital format on the Internet, Emiliano evolved his graphic design skills onto building websites, creating content for social media and designing branded spaces. Comfortable with new emerging technology and software, Emiliano uses computer science to execute brand DNA for marketing collateral. Since entering the shoe business 5 years ago, he has a vision to use new age technology to enhance the infrastructure of the business from a logistics standpoint to increase sales and replenishment as well as maximizing the reach and data collected through social media to build equity in the FLOGG brand.
