Joseph M. Juran was born in Brailia,Romania in December 24,1904.
In 1924, Joseph graduated from the
University of Minnesota with a B.S. inElectrical Engineering.
Emperor Hirohito recognized Juran’s
contribution to the development of Japan’s quality control and was honoredwith the highest award.
