Judo is one of children´s favorite martial arts. They develop their physical and mental capacities and learn important values like fellowship and respect for others.

GOOD POSTUREThe body posture is the position of the human body. Supine decubitus, prone position, lateral decubitus and clinopositioning are some of the technical names for certain body positions.

THE PYRAMID OF THE SPORTS DIET

An adequate diet, both in quantity and quality, is essential to optimize performance. The diet of an athlete should adapt to the sport that he practices, and will vary depending on the goals he seeks: burn fat, define muscles.
